Perfect for business casual environment, but only with a flat shoe. I am 5'-2" and the "medium" inseam barely works for me. They don't look too dorky like higher waisted and/or pleated pants do. I bought more in different colors so I can visit the dry cleaner less often.

These slacks are great: fabrication, fabric, style, comfort, price, slimming and true to size. I'm 5'3" and the length is perfect even with 2-3 inch heels. I have ordered a second pair.

Good pants, a little short. I normally have to wear petites (5'5) but these were very short. They were perfect with flats but very short when I sat down. They are very stretchy with a flattering fit. They also have a elastic waist to make them fit better.

These trousers fit extremely well and are very comfortable. I am short-waisted and a bit short: 5'2". I am not thin, but I am not obese, either. It's difficult to find a decent pair of jeans or trousers that fit correctly. Many are usually too high-waisted or too low-waisted, or they are too full in the hip which makes us short women look even wider. These are very flattering and are a pleasure to wear all day long! Petite size doesn't need shortening either unless you plan to wear low heels or flats. They are available in popular colors to compliment your wardrobe; price is reasonable; made to last and washable. Did I also mention they were comfortable? These trousers "fit the bill." I give them "two thumbs up!”

When they arrived, I loved these trousers because they have a great stretchy waistband and the fabric is so sleek. Unfortunately, I've gotten a bit bigger than I thought I was, so they're going back and I'm hoping the next size up is still in stock when my store credit processes.

These pants are awesome. I had been looking for tan golfing pant and these are perfect. Had to hem them just about an inch. I'm only 5'1 so that's usual. Thanks again Zappos, you always come through.

These are by far the most comfortable trouser jeans I have! I was a little hesitant buying clothes without having tried them on in store. But Zappos 1-day shipping plus free returns makes it virtually risk free. Right out of the package the pants fit me perfectly! Just for reference, I have 5'1' and 120 lb, straight bodied (not curvy) mommy. The back covers everything that needs to be covered, and stays covered. The waist sits perfectly (some people may find it too high, after being used to low risers) I want to hide my mommy-pooch. The shape is very flattering. My sister (similar size and shape) tried them on, and ordered one for herself. We found out that there was difference in difference of ~ 1 inch. For us, it worked out well. She wanted to wear hers with flats, and I with heels. So I exchanged my shorter one for her longer one. Overall, very pleased with the purchase and plan to get the other colors soon.

I am in between sizes 10 and 12, usually get the petite inseam as I am 5'5" and 165 pounds, but my legs are rather short. I ordered this in a 12 and I'm glad I did as it is fitted in the hips and waist. These fit perfectly because the waistband is stretchy and the fabric has a little give in it, too. I like that it isn't very thin, so I have no problems with panty lines or unsightly bulges. I prefer slim to straight leg pants, but these fit so well, I am keeping them and ordering them in black, too. If you have a large backside and small waist as I do, these are the pants for you.

I bought two pairs of these pants for my Mom, and also have a pair for myself. We are both happy with the fabric and quality of the workmanship. They washed well and didn't wrinkle, although my Mom's first pair shrunk enough in the dryer that she couldn't wear them and had to get a bigger size. (I took the smaller size.) For me, they are on the verge of being too short, and I have to wear them with very flat shoes. I am also not thrilled with the fact that they gap in the back enough that I have to wear a belt. My Mom is happy with the fit of hers, and liked them enough to buy a second pair. I think they gap in the back on her also, but it is not enough to bother her. I am 5'4" tall, and have these pants in a size 4 petite, so I would say if you are my height or taller, do not buy these pants in a petite, but rather get the regular length. If you are slender, they will probably gap in the back. One more thing, when it came to the return of the shrunk pants, Zappos customer service was outstanding, as usual!
