Zappos is a great place to shop. I had a return on a gift for my wife, that was painless. Shipping paid for the return and credit quickly. I needed a pair of slacks quickly, my order was processed the same day and I received my order the very next day with no extra charges for shipping. The slacks were exactly the same as the local retail store, who was out, and the cost of the pants was the same as the sale price at a local large retailer. Give Zappos' five stars. If Zappos has what I need, when I need it, I will purchase from them!

Why is it so hard to make (and keep making) a pair of pants. These pants arrived fully TWO INCHES longer than every other pair of 30 inch inseam pants I own, and an inch wider than what I'd ordered in the waist. Since Dockers obviously doesn't care about making my ordering easy, that's the last time I waste my time ordering Dockers.

I love Zappos. I really do. For this particular order though, I ordered Umber and what I got resembled olive green. I'm not sure if my eyes are bad or if I just didn't understand what umber was (a rich brown to me), but I didn't elect to return them. Olive was just fine and they fit well. As usual, I got them in one day and my experience with Zappos Customer Service people is extraordinary.....so you still get 5 stars and I will have no hesitation to use Zappos again...and again.

What's not to like about Dockers slacks? They have been the mainstay of my wardrobe for many years now. They are still very comfortable and extremely durable. Although I currently own several pairs of Dockers slacks, I plan to order even more. Zappos makes my decision to buy even easier with their free shipping and outstanding customer service!
