I wrote an earlier review in which I told of the hardships of making this shoe work because it is so cute. I just want to add that after I had already wrote my review and it had been posted, I received an email stating that the 7 1/2 had been stocked at Zappos! I ordered it and today it got to me and works much better than the 8, I still will have to use foot petals for arch support! So the shoe is a half size smaller than marked and true to width when you get the size right. The metallic color is wonderful! Thank you Zappos, as always you are totally great!

Great quality, look and fit. I was a little wary of spending this much on leggings. It was worth it. The material is silky soft, not too thick or thin, perfect to wear under dresses with boots or mary janes in fall. They fit like a dream, and they're so well-made I expect them to last for years. Worth the price.

Girly girl shoe for grown ups! The thing about this shoe is that it is so cute that I am willing to try to make it work. I first ordered my standard size 7, and it was way too short. There is not a 7 1/2 in the color I want, so I exchanged for the 8. The eight is good in length after adding heel pad. Going up in size made a little wide, a bit of a gap. I put foot petals in for extra arch support. Oh, and also the strap around the ankle will require extra holes for added tightness. So all in all for the mid price range if you have the patience to work with the shoe, I think you will be happy. Great for all seasons!

I really loved the style of this boot. But I did not like having to unbuckle and buckle them. It wasn't difficult but I think after doing it so many times the strap is going to wear out and break. If they can come out with this boot and a zipper on the side I would definitely buy them. I returned them because of the strap issue.

These boots are really hot and reasonable in price. I love the tough looking leather and buckles yet they are bulky boots. The fit is perfect, sometimes boots run big but I ordered what I wear in heels. Really cool looking and trendy I can wear with jeans, skirts anything!. Only thing is the sole is rubber, which I can deal with. However the heel is made of an unknown material.....Im calling Zappos awesome customer service to see what it is made of and if it can get wet. Anyway, Im keeping them they are HOT!

These shoes are very cute with both casual and more dressy skirts. They have a lot of room in the toe box, which is nice for standing. The wooden platform means that they feel like a wooden clog, no flex in the sole. This is fine if you expect it, but a bit disconcerting otherwise. They seem to fit true to size in both length and width.

Bummed about this boot. They look great, they are comfortable, but the calf circumference is huge! It's 16" on a size 9. I read somewhere else that it was 14", which is the same as my calf, so I'm pretty disappointed that it is so much bigger! They are also baggy in the ankle, which looks pretty silly.

I love this dress. It runs a little large but it\'s super comfortable and pretty. Especially good if you\'re a little top heavy, as the stretchy fabric on top is very forgiving.

Very cool. I have a lot of clogs and a lot of high heels. These are good mix of both! They don't feel to heel-y since they are platform and the foot bed feels somewhat cushioned. Despite having a wood platform, the ample rubber sole provides traction. They could be just a teensy touch wider across the ball of the foot, but it's really not much of a problem.

This is a great boot! It fits great and is very comfortable! There is no zipper so you have to wrap the strap around and buckle it but it is easy and not a hassle. I would recommend these boots to anyone. Thanks Zappos for great service.

Great buy! Good price, nice shoe, perfect for everyday walking around. Heel is not too high, either. The last reviewer is right; the shoe runs narrow. My feet run on the narrow side too so I guess I got lucky. Overall, buy this shoe! I love how the heel is of the same material of the upper; it's not some cork or wood. Rubber sole makes it even more comfortable, too.

I should start this review by saying I never wear heels, can\'t walk in heels, but I really really needed heels and thought I might be able to pull off platforms like these with all that support. SUCCESS! I was able to ROCK in these. I walked all over Las Vegas in these and then stood for over four hours at a concert. No blisters from the back strap, no slipping around in them, no problems at all. And I have spent many Christmas parties, etc in stocking feet because I simply cannot wear heels. But these shoes ROCK.

Beautiful! Sophisticated punk. They look better on my feet than in the photo. I can stand and walk in them at length, but obviously the yare not as comforrtable as flats. I am completely satisfied. Thank you Zappos!

These shoes are beautiful! I got the black ones in a 9, but I am an 8.5 and I think they are a little too big, but I think I might return them for an 8.5. The salesman in Lord & Taylor messed me up when I tried these on there. He told me that I tried an 8.5 and they were too small, when I asked him for a 9 he said he didn't have anymore. I know now that those were an 8 I tried on there. He was so nasty about it, so I took my business elsewhere. However, now I have the wrong size.

This shoe is generally very cute, but as far as the sizing goes, the shoe is very narrow at the tip (and I do not have wide feet) and shorter than normal. I\'m usually an 8, but I would need an 8.5 in these. I was looking for a cute platform \'Mary Jane\'-style shoe for a while, but I haven\'t found the right one yet. If you have narrow feet and very thin legs, you will probably enjoy this shoe more than I did.

perfect black dress - This dress is fabulous!!! It's appropriate for work, but sexy and fashionable enough for going out. It was a little bigger than I expected, so I returned it, got the next smaller size, and it's a perfect fit.

Most comfortable shoe ever! Also extremely cute. I have the black and am excited that there are more colors! The leather is very soft as well. Get a half size bigger than normal because it does run small.

Love these shoes! They have a thick comfortable strap with hidden velcro closures so you can leave it as loose or make it as snug as you need, and leather so soft they feel as though they're already broken in. The heel is high but not scary. They feel tall, but stable. I can stand around all day.

I got these in the Jade color and I love the muted green with gold accenting. The green is a little less intense than pictured, kind of an antique look. I usually wear a 5.5 or 6, sometimes a 5, and I got these in a 6. They are very cute and stylish, but Ouch! I'm going on three band-aids and counting. I don't know if they can be broken in such that they won't pinch and rub. Still, I will suffer through it because they look really good! They also feel quite stable, not difficult to walk in.

Great value - I am very impressed with the quality of this shoe, considering the price! I mean, even at regular price, the quality of the leather is so soft & smells so good, and there is cushioning all throughout the shoe. They do make my size 9.5 feet look kind of big compared to other shoes I own, but that's just the style, I guess. It's okay because they look so hot anyway. The black color is easy to dress up or down because it has that pop of brown on the heel.

LOVE them. They fit great - no blisters or uncomfortable rubbing even on day one. For a heel this high, they are surprisingly comfortable. The only down side is that the platform & heel are definitely brown - they still look great, but from the photo I was expecting them to be a brown/black.

These shoes are fabulous! For anyone looking to add height without sacrificing comfort, these are the sandals for you. I'm a big fan of simple, refined, classic styles when it comes to footwear and these fit the bill perfectly. They look especially good with jeans. The sizing is true, if you’re a size 8, you can rest assured they will fit just like they should. With the platform style sole, they are easy to walk in and wear all day. You may initially find discomfort across the toes, but the soft suede leather breaks in quickly. They provide subtle arch support and the leather footbed keeps them safe from the funky smell that often accompanies man-made footbeds. Go ahead get a pair, you won’t be sorry!

Not pleased. I knew I was taking a chance when I ordered these. From the pictures, it wasn't clear if there would be lots of stars punched out, or just circles and shapes. I was hoping for stars and was let down to find there were very few. For the price I expected something more unique. The fit is about a 1/2 size small. I always take a 9.5 and a 10 fit right in this shoe, which is pretty typical of DKNY. The fit is a bit uncomfortable and odd, though. I sent them back. I hope this review helps someone else!
