Love, love, love this coat! It is so warm, stylish, and a great price! It runs small. I wear a medium, so that is what I ordered and it is a little snug.

I'd been looking for awhile for a stylish & warm winter coat for awhile. Zappos has yet to fail me on anything, especially this coat. Very warm, I love the lined pockets too!

I just got it and I am convinced. It feels top quality. It's very warm and not bulky. It has a really cool color and very flattering fit! I am very picky so if I like it this much, you will too!

I just got this coat this morning. Given the frigid Northeast temperature today, I tested it outside. I am in love with this coat!It's so warm and stylish. The charcoal grey color is great, and just gleams in the outdoor sun. The fleece lining by the neck, in the pockets, and in the upper half of the coat are luxuriously toasty and very nice touches. It's cool and flattering. It's a down coat that won't make you look like the Michelin Tire Woman. I am a size 4-6, but with a larger bust (36C). I bought a medium, and it fits great. Some drawstrings for the hood would be a great addition, but other than that, love!

Really appreciate earlier reviews pointing me towards this coat. Fits fairly close to the body, "nipped waist", raised, soft collar, warm, very soft, quite pretty in the silky, dark charcoal grey (not as harsh as black) and quite flattering for a down coat. I live in the Southwest, so only need once in a while. I normally wear a Medium, but sized up to a Large, based on my unsuccessful attempts last year to purchase a down jacket (most of which were far more expensive). To me, Large fits like a Medium, especially under the arms. Pockets, upper body are a soft, soft fabric. This was a perfect purchase for me. Cuddly, snuggly, light weight, flattering, reasonably priced - yummy! As always, thanks Zappos!
