This coat is truly gorgeous!!!!! It's warm and light enough for a great winter coat. I wanted a pretty coat but not one of those huge PUFFY coats that make you look like the Michelin man. :0 I got a medium as I usually wear a 6 or 8, I could have gone a bit bigger but with 2 layers on and room for a third layer I think this coat is a flattering fit with so many layers.
Brands I'd also recommend: UGG

I spent quite a bit of time looking on Zappos for just the right coat. I looked at all the pictures and decided this one was the one for me. When I got it, I saw the lining, which is this incredibly tacky DKNY, in black background with huge white letters all over the lining. It seems that a statement this big would show up in the pictures. This is the first time something like this has happened with dealings on Zappos. Disappointment. Not only did I waste time, but have to be without a coat I need that much longer.

Loved this coat from the get go! However, the sleeves were very tight and the overall fit seemed to run small. Returned it for a larger size and now it's perfect!

I am 5'4 120 and wear S or M depending on the cut. With this coat, I purchased a medium in case I wanted to layer. I love this coat. I have worn it with and without layers and haven't regretted the medium. It is warm and comfortable. I like that the hood actually covers your head, some hoods don't quite protect you completely which I dislike. The faux fur is a little difficult to attach with it's buttons, but that's minor. I love the white and would recommend the coat highly. The interior DKNY fabric on the inside, bottom half took me back a little, but I really don't mind it in the end. I should add that I really admire Zappos customer service and shipping policy. Their enthusiasm for the company and wonderful courtesy encourage me to both check out the site and recommend it without hesitation. And I am one who usually supports the local merchant.

Really wanted to love this coat. Well made, pretty, and stylish...just too snug! I wear a size large, 14/16 and ordered the XL hoping it would have some room. I tried it on with just a long sleeve tee and it just felt snug. Very fitted and tight in the arms like other reviews stated. Felt warm and light weight. Fur around hood wasn't horrible looking. I am 5'1 and it hit just above my knees. Didn't like the collar, it was ribbed and knit like the wrists of a sweat shirt so good for the warmth but kind of uncomfortable around your neck if hair is down. Also it doesn't have a double zipper so there is no give when you sit or get in/ out of car. Warm and pretty, but it has to go back

I ordered this jacket yesterday! Got it the very next day less than 16 hours from when ordered. Amazing I love it. I am 5'9 and ordered the XL and glad I did. The arm length is perfect. A little roomie in the middle, but I figure this leaves space for a bulky sweater. Totally keeping it.

Best jacket I have ever owned. Living in Alaska, this jacket has kept me warm and dry on the even the worst blizzard days. Only suggestion is don't be afraid to go up a size to allow for layers underneath. I bought a medium wished I got a large. Next year I am getting a black one. Love it!
