I ordered from Zappos for the first time. The purchasing process was easy. The products was shipped almost immediately. The boots were reasonably priced and very high quality. I have no doubt that I would order from Zappos again.

I finally found my cowgirl boots! The leather is nice and soft, the heels are sturdy in an ass-kicking kind of way. I do not love the distressed look but as soon as I decided to keep them I got out the black shoe polish and covered most of the white areas and I think they look better that way. These boots are comfortable with or without socks. I often have trouble with my toes getting squished but these have just enough room while still managing to make my big feet look smaller. I rated lower on style only because I think the weathering goes a little overboard.

I love the style of these boots. As an older woman whose feet have withstood 40-yrs of hard floors in schools, I found the padding under the heel to be insufficient for me. I solved this by adding Dr. Scholl's Tri-Comfort inserts. You could add a gel heel cup or the gel lining. The rounded toe box gives lots of room, and the shorter shank helps you get them on an off. I also recommend a pair of boot hooks to ease boots on. They are available from boot shops. Thicker socks help prevent heel slippage, or you can add a heel grip.
Brands I'd also recommend: Ropers, Timberlane,Frye, Naot,Clarke

I am a first time buyer from Zappos and I am totally satisfied! These boots are true to size, color, and description, although a heel grip will help with the slipping. I actually found these exact boots in a local boot store for more! You cannot beat Zappos' prices and quality! I will definitely order again.

These are totally awesome boots, however I must get a heel insole in order to keep them. They appear to run a bit wide in the heel for a narrow size 7 like me. Hopefully I can make them work as I already love them!
