Seems to run very small. Normally wear an 8 or 8.5 and ordered both, then the 9.5 and still too small!
When I try these on the back of the shoe caves in on my heel & the material is too flimsy to pop back up and out. Sending back & going with a more expensive model.

My first order was a 9½, which was what I wore at the bowling alley. They arrived and were too small. I called and received excellent customer service and exchanged for size 10. I have a very narrow foot, so was concerned about fit, but it is OK. I wear an 11 in athletic shoes. The reason I ordered through Zappos was because I wanted to be able to exchange easily, if necessary.
I just wanted a neutral-looking bowling shoe that was inexpensive and made for wide feet, so this pair was exactly what I needed. I think the shoes could have been a bit more wide (I ordered D), but they were still wearable, especially since you're only wearing these shoes for a couple of hours.

These shoes were very comfortable from the first time I put them on. There was no break in time. I have used them six times in three weeks and they feel like I have worn them for three years! They are so very comfortable!
