Physically unable to bowl anymore but will never give up my Dexters. I use them as street shoes as they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. Star rating is faulty. They are a 10!

Zappos.com is a great company to do business with. I recently purchased the Dexter bowling shoes for my 83 year old mother. She can't believe how comfortable these shoes were from the first time she put them on. No breaking in required. We did purchase a 1/2 size larger then her normal shoe, which other reviews suggested. It worked out perfect. My mother's bowling game has even improved!

I have had these bowling shoes about three weeks now and have found them very comfortable. They have extra width in the toe area, which was missing off of my other shoes. I think the extra width is needed in a shoe like this. The only fault is, I have a high arch, and the velcro strip could be a wee bit longer.

Best shoe for the price - I bought these shoes last year. I wanted an inexpensive shoe so I would not have to rent shoes at our local bowling alley. They were not too comfortable when I tried them on but I figured for the price they would be ok. Today I worn them for the first time, they were great! There was zero problems with fit and they were so comfortable I was thrilled. My bowling game will never be good but at least the problem will not be with the fit of my bowling shoes!!

These bowling shoes SPARE nothing!! Extreme comfort and fit. I ordered a wide and found them to be a perfect fit for my foot. Light weight and very clean looking. I applaud Dexter this shoe is great.

This is absolutely my favorite pair of underwear I have! If it was up to me, I'd wear it every day! Not only is it sexy, but it is extremely comfortable and conforms to your body. I highly recommend this to any girl out there!!

I could not get this shoe to slide. I used it for 6 games and unfortunately could not get a good approach with it. Because I wore the shoe I realize I can not return it. I am considering another pair.

My son, a very large man, recently took up bowling. He has had a very hard time finding shoes in his size and width, so I was leery of ordering online. But I really liked the look of these shoes and he loves them. They fit perfect and ordering was a breeze. Thank you, perfect!!!

Better than most - Although the arch is higher than I had hoped, it is not overly bothersome. The arch feels quite similar to many Nike shoes. It is a relatively easy shoe to break in and slides well the first use without adding any powder.

Nice shoes - These bowling shoes are really nice, they look good and feel good and work good. Much better than rental shoes, your game will thank you. Zappos service is amazing, ordered Sunday and wore shoes bowling on Tuesday afternoon!

I find this to be a good shoe for the beginner bowler. I think the fit is true to size and comfortable. I think there is not much slide to the sole though. Over all I think this is a very good shoe for the money.

Positive Review - I got these shoes in white, and they are really nice. They fit well, and have good slide. I wanted comfort and looks, and I got both. My game has improved since not using the rental shoes!

Positive Review! These shoes look great on, and really feel great. The padding inside is wonderful, and they are sized perfectly. I love the picture of the woman bowling inside the shoe! They didn't tell me about that picture, so it was a surprise! I have had a lot of compliments on the shoes.

I placed my order on Monday and received the shoes on Tuesday! Zappos upgraded the shipping for free! Although I haven’t tried them out yet, the shoes LOOK even cuter than they do online!! I’m looking forward to bowling and I wish I could go now! I’ve ordered shoes from them once before and although those shoes didn't work out for me, the return was easy peasy. Zappos makes buying from them such a pleasant process!

Dexter Bowling Shoes - These shoes have been very comfortable since day one and finding wide width sizes is very difficult. They normally cost over $100.00; these shoes were priced right. Very comfortable and I am enjoying them everytime I go bowling. I may join another league so I can wear them more.

Good shoe for the casual bowler - I ordered these shoes in a wide, and they fit perfectly right from the get-go; I didn't need any break-in time whatsoever. I bowl once a week in a non-sanctioned, company league, and the shoes have performed well. The only thing I'm not too crazy about is the athletic-shoe appearance; I like the retro bowling shoes, but can't find any in my size or price range.

Excellent choice - For comfort, ease of putting on and taking off and attractive looks, this one is an excellent choice. It runs a bit large though, so try ordering one size larger than your usual shoe instead of 1 1/2 sizes larger.

So far my bowling average has not improved but my feet are lot more comfortable while wearing these shoes. My previous pair was more than 20 yrs old and needed to be replaced. I found the Zappos method of purchasing shoes quite helpful, I was able to compare (3) different brands and return the unwanted ones for no added cost.
