For those of you who are not able to shop personally anymore, let me tell you how wonderful it is to shop with Zappos. They have made my life so much easier. Love the not shipping charges 'both ways' and the products have been excellent. The toaster oven is so much nicer than I've had before. I couldn't believe that its programmable. I've been able to toast and bake with no bad results. Everyone should have one.

I purchased this toaster over a month ago, after doing considerable research. I have used it for toasting and broiling, with very satisfactory results. I haven't tried it for baking. I'm happy to recommend it to others.

This is my second toaster oven by DeLonghi and think that this one is improved over my 10+ year old one. It does take 3 minutes to toast but we do so many irregular shapes -- muffins, home made breads -- it's perfect. The old one was still working but after making pizzas etc. in it it was grungy looking and I was updating my appliances.

We like the size and look of this oven. Doesn't take up too much space. The digital took a while to get used to especially the toast mode. Overall, a big improvement over our old toaster oven.

We have only used this toaster oven a few times since we recently purchased it. So far, and it is excellent! It is a nice addition to the kitchen counter, well made and easy to use. I am very satisfied with it!

This is a sleek toaster oven that far surpasses the quality of black and Decker and other similarly priced models. It toasts evenly, heats up quickly and I just love the digital timing and nice to be able to just press cancel when done.

This toaster oven is pretty great so far. It has a clock which is really nice. It is larger than my previous toaster oven but still small compared to most as far as I've seen. The cooking is very good and the oven is silent during cooking. It does beep rather loudly when it's done and I can't find any info in the manual about disabling that feature. Otherwise I love it!

The first unit was defective and I'd already disposed of the packaging. I contacted Delonghi and they charged me $15. Zappos refunded the $15 and I just received a new one. Works excellent; makes great toast and I love it! I also love Zappos. You are the best!

I love my new toaster oven. At first, we didn't like the beeps that it makes when you are programming the cook cycle/time. Got used to it quickly and the results were worth the minor beeps! Also, has a tray at the bottom that pops out for totally easy cleaning. Love Zappos, their customer service and return policies rock! Have only recently started shopping with Zappos as a result of gift e-certificate, but am definitely sold on their products and their awesome service! Keep up the great job, Zappos!

I chose this toaster because it was small and it was rated good for toasting and it seems to be very good so far. I did not want to clutter my new kitchen counter with a toaster too. I can start to toast one piece of refrigerated bread and fry 2 eggs and the timing is perfect in 3 1/2 minutes, which is level T3 on the darkness level. But don't look for a T as an upside down F is displayed? You can choose FRT on the toaster to toast frozen bread which I have not done but in the manual it appears as FR T1-7 (2:50 - 5:30) which seems like a long time if you're waiting for it but not if you're busy preparing other food, etc. I never actually timed toast before so I can't rate the speed. The toast was evenly browned. The grate must be moved to the middle level for toasting. The digital numbers are easy to read and the manual is easy to understand once you figure out the T, and upside down F toast settings. The timer is loud enough to be heard from a good distance which shuts the oven off, a good safety feature. I'm happy with this toaster oven.
