Great long lasting socks - I bought these for my spouse to replace his old wooleator's. Nice thin "bike style" type sock. Wool is breathable and doesn't get too toasty. A nice complement to a pair of Keen sandals in CA.

Wool is great - These socks are nice and thin, great for summer. Wool keeps your feet comfortable in a variety of conditions. The only reason I rated down a point on comfort is the seam at the toes sometimes needs to be repositioned right to not bother me. Happens with most other socks too. These are thinner than any Smartwool socks I have so I am enjoying these this summer. Forget cotton!
Brands I'd also recommend: Smartwool

Great in wet weather - Worked very well the first time out hiking in wet weather with trail running shoes. Feet felt dry, warm and comfortable on 3.7 run/hike on steep terrain.
