The Good: These shoes are wide, comfortable and look fantastic with a nice square toe. The Bad: After 2 1/2 months the insole pulled away from the leather and pushed itself into the sole of the shoe. I am now basically walking on the rubber sole plus the leather seam from the side of the shoe pushes itself into my foot. Other thoughts: I really wish these shoes lasted longer than 2 1/2 months because they sure are sharp. I would be happy to pay more for these if they moved their operation to the US and increased quality.

This pair is the second from Deer Stags that I bought because the first pair I bought are super comfortable, and that is not easy with wide feet. This pair, however, feel very tight around my toes and squeeze them, making these semi-uncomfortable. I ordered the same size as the other pair (different style) last year, so assumed they'd feel the same, but huge difference. Although these shoes look great, I am disappointed with how they feel. If you order the wide width, but have narrower feet, these shoes would probably be awesome.

These are great shoes. They look good with jeans and and are very comfortable. This is my second set of Deer Stags with the subpro sock and I love the feel and comfort. I hope they hold up as good as my first pair.

This is a very stylish and comfortable shoe. I wore it few times in the couple of weeks I've had it, and so far it has been a good experience. It is stylish enough for slacks/dressy occasions, but it fits just as well with jeans, so it is a good shoe for all occasions. So far it holds up well and nothing of a break-in required. I highly recommend this shoe.

These shoes look good and the soles and toes are comfortable, but around the ankle could be a bit softer. It's not a deal breaker, though I'd only give them a 3 for comfort.

My son loves these shoes. He wears them mostly for school but they are very soft and comfortable, he literally will not take them off. The leather is durable and I think they fit true to size. He still has some space to wear thick socks. Zappos is great with the shipping service. Love Zappos!

I tried this shoe with 4 other similar pairs. Went with the Dockers for overall fit, look and impression of superior construction. This shoe was OK, but nothing special in fit, comfort and style. I returned it after trying it on around the house for a little while.

I needed stylish slip-ons that carry me from my business casual office to the airport and pass security in a hurry. These shoes fit the bill. The leather is supple yet supportive and the sole feels like you are walking on a cloud. They are now the new go-to-shoes in my closet.

They're very comfy, and I appreciate that they come in widths. I bought them because I work at an airport and they don't have any metal in them (for security). I wish I would have looked more closely, though, because the synthetic leather is a huge negative since it doesn't breathe well.
