I'm very happy with this shoe. My foot has a narrow heel and wide toe box. The shoe fits snugly around my heel, so there is no slippage. The insole that comes with it is comfortable. I have a high arch, so I pulled the insole and replaced it with an orthotic insole and there is plenty of room in the shoe for my foot. That's why I rated it "no arch support". Comfortable to walk in.

I spend over 6 hours a day on my feet at my job. This shoe is exactly what I wanted, very comfortable and light. Gives great support and with the design of the sole makes walking a pleasure.
