I bought these for my boyfriend after returning another pair that didn't fit well. He wanted just a basic slip-on black dress shoe. These were perfect. They aren't as shiny as they look in the picture.

I ordered 5 shoes of similar style. This pair came in 2nd. I returned it. Was comfortable but not quite as nice looking or feeling as the Dockers, which I kept.

This is literally the lowest quality shoe I have ever purchased. I have only had them for 3 months, and the entire sole is separating from the upper of the shoe. I have had other dress shoes for 3+ years with no issues. I understand they were cheaper, but I really expected more than 3 months of general service. I would advise anyone considering these shoes to save up their money and spend what's necessary for a well-known quality brand of shoes.

The sole and insole of these feel as good, if not better, than the Rockports I bought at the same time. I am a teacher, on my feet all of the time. Comfort is a premium! I only hope they remain as comfortable and hold up as they break in. A very nice shoe for a reasonable price. This is my 4th pair of Deer Stags in the last year (multiple colors, not bad shoes). Worth the consideration.
Brands I'd also recommend: The Rockport Downtown Stroll Range Way
