I have worn Deer Stag Shoes for many years. They fit true to size, are comfortable and wear like iron. I am constantly walking on floors throughout my work day and my feet never have that tired or sore feeling. I would not think of wearing any other type of shoe for work.

Nice, but fell apart too quickly. I got these for my birthday after I asked for something a little more durable than the skate shoes I've been buying (they usually only last a year). Unfortunately, I have worn these boots for five days, and the rubber sole on the bottom of the right shoe has already come off more than half way. The left shoe is coming apart as well. For the first five days they were comfortable and fit well, but they didn't last long.

These shoes are dressy enough to wear to business meetings and casual enough for any occasion. They are very comfortable and were priced right. Good buy all the way around.

You guys are great! I heard about the shoes I bought from a co-worker. And he told me about a great online company that would take good care of me. I found it easy to navigate around the web site and was able to find the exact shoe I wanted. I have always worn a shoe size between 10 and 10 1/2. I would know which size only by trying them on. Sure enough I ordered the wrong size. When I called Zappos, they told me just how to ship the shoes back and that they would send new shoes right away. It was so easy to send the shoes back, but I could not believe my eyes when the very next morning, my new shoes were on my front porch. A perfect fit! I am not much of a shopper but I guarantee I will use Zappos again when I need shoes. I give them the highest recommendation. Keep up the good work.

My 4th pair. "Slipper" comfortable right out of the box. Been wearing a pair 5 days a week for past three years. I walk a lot at my job and they are most comfortable. Look great with coat and tie as well as jeans. Last pair ordered Monday early evening and were delivered Tuesday afternoon!

The shoes are very roomy for size 3E, very comfortable. However, they are not breathable as leather, which makes my feet hot easily. Wish they had real leather ones for the size. Even willing to pay a bit more price for it.

Very disappointing. Within a couple of months, the Pleather-like material started to bubble, crack and peel. People were asking me what happened to my shoes. I had to use a black marker to cover up the defects in the finish.

I am very happy with these shoes. They are nice and soft to walk in all day and they are also very quiet. I will buy another pair within the next 6 months to replace my other black shoes that are getting old. \\r\\nAlso holds a good shine.

I have purchased 4 pairs of the Deer Stags and I love them. I am on my feet 7 hours a day and these are the most comfortable shoes I have been able to purchase.

I've had these for a few days and I've always hated the idea of having to "break in" anything that's supposed to be my size, my fit. But unlike other loafers I've had, these fit like a glove in a comfortable way. The leather uppers are soft, insoles are really cushiony and the heel and didn't have me walking off kilter. The true "test drive" will come from using them more often and seeing how they hold up. For the money, I'd say an extremely good valued shoe.

Look great at first but deteriorate fast. These are good looking, comfortable shoes. I have no problem wearing them all day at work. As the previous reviewer mentioned, these do look excellent with a suit. However, you get what you pay for. The biggest problem with these shoes is durability. I don't usually wear out my shoes fast, but the heel on these has been wearing down quick. The leather gets scuffed too easily. The sole of the left shoe is coming unglued at the front. This is all in 5 months of office wear. So if you want something to wear occasionally with a suit, get these. If you want something to wear every day, get something more durable. Oh, and these are a bit tough to put on. You have to loosen the laces quite a bit to get these on.

Size is correct. Feel great. I have been wearing them daily since last week. I was looking for a good solid leather shoe to replace my aging classics that cannot be resoled. So far they are wearing well. Have not tried to polish yet as I am not sure of the leather quality/type. Does not look or feel like patent leather, but definitely not the nice thick leather as found on Kenneth Cole or higher brand shoes. For the price, it was worth trying.

Shoes look and feel great. The shoes felt a 1/2 size larger than marked. I usually wear a 9, but got a 8 1/2 and they fit great.

Zappos.com, biggest no brainer on the internet! They ship for free, BOTH WAYS and they are fast. I ordered my shoes on Monday, arrived Wednesday. The prices are cheaper than retail stores by a good amount. Finally, they ALWAYS have my size (12W). For some reason, 12W is seemingly the most popular shoe size in the history of man and stores never seem to have that size. Not an issue with Zappos. Now for the shoe, I am 6' and weigh just over 300 lbs. I played college Rugby and Football, wrestled for 17 yrs and currently play in 2 softball leagues. In short, I destroy shoes. Deer Stags are all that I buy now. I loved the Creek model, but they've discontinued manufacturing them, but the Times is an acceptable alternative. The worst Deer Stags shoe is still better than the best of any other dress/casual shoe I've ever owned. I give presentations for a living and several times per week am on my feet for 2-3 hours at a time. The cushioning, the fit, the way they look with suits, all perfect. What else is there to say?
