DC Character: Great Sneaker, Great Fit and Great Style - This sneaker was exactly what my teenager wanted. The fit was perfect and he really loved the red laces as an alternative. The service was amazing. Within 24 hours, we received the sneakers. We will definitely go to Zappos for future shoe needs and buy more DC's in the future, as there was a very good selection.

This was my first time ordering from Zappos and I have to say that the customer service was excellent. I needed to change my grandson's sneakers to a larger size, I called and Pat took care of me, so attentive, sweet yet professional. I received the next day his sneakers and then a couple of weeks later I received a thank you card, she even remembered my dog's name. I was truly amazed at this kind of service. My three boys love DC shoes. These particular shoes seemed slightly smaller than the size listed. They clean up nicely. Every pair of DC Shoes that I have bought my kids have out-lasted their Nike and Adidas shoes.
