Their shipping and delivery were the best of any company I have ever dealt with through the mail. Zappos is the most creditable and efficient company I could recommend to anyone. I would recommend that you know how the shoe is cut to natural size. I ordered the size my teenage daughter wears in all other shoes and gave them to her for Christmas. Like a typical teenager, she wore them several times and then complained to me they are too tight and fit differently than her Etnies that are the same size.

My husband bought me these shoes for Christmas. They're pretty okay, not as comfortable as Vans, nor as wide. The toe looks more oval (vs the normal skate style which is round), which makes your feet look longer. Not a lot of padding and no traction at all. I wore these the day after Christmas when there was ice on the ground and couldn't get any traction. Probably won't buy this brand again, will definitely wait for Vans to be in stock.

I recently purchased the DC Court Graffik SE W shoes. It's the first time I ever purchased DC shoes and first time ordering online. I'm very happy with my purchase. The shoes are extremely comfortable. The customer service at Zappos is exceptional. They're willing to help you any way they can. I originally ordered a size too big and they shipped me the size I needed the next day. I would definitely recommend buying DC shoes and doing business with Zappos.

I bought the sneakers from Zappos 6 weeks ago for my daughter and she loves them. I have shopped from Zappos for about 6 years and I am always very pleased with the speed of shipping, they have lightning fast shipping and warranty their products. The best thing about Zappos is, even though they don\'t charge for shipping, they still ship really, really fast. I placed my order on a Saturday and I had the shoes on Tuesday, only three days later. The shoes are a big hit, and they were a great deal.

I have a pair in black/pink & another in brown/teal. I get compliments on them all the time. They fit much better 1/2 size larger, I normally wear a 7. They're not the most comfortable if you are on your feet all day as there is not a lot of cushion or arch support on the bottom. I work in them on concrete sometimes, but they're better for just hanging out.

This is the best sneaker ever! You don't have to break them in and they are super comfy. They are great for gym, especially kickball.

I just received these sneakers a couple of weeks ago and I love them. They are so comfortable and I don't have to break them in. I purchased the multi/turquoise color and they are really cute. These shoes are also great for running.

They feel great!! They look great!! I chose the black/pink/plaid pair. It’s just one thing that all the new DC's have two hole on the inside part of the shoe, I guess for ventilation. But this does make me nervous in regards to the rain. But I have rain boots for that.

DC Court Graffik SE W Carbon/White - I had been looking for a nice, comfortable, and casual black shoe for a while, and finally ran across these. While I've enjoyed them a lot, and received compliments about them, the black ones have a small issue of the fuzzy lining coming off in little clumps. Also, just wish the fuzzy lining went a bit further (the tongue is lined, as well as the back of the shoe till about midsection.)

I love these shoes... I got these shoes and they look great! The inside is thick plush, but it doesn’t make the shoe fit any different and they come with two colors of shoe laces. Great shoes!!!
