Very nice looking boot. Looks great with jeans or dress pants. I wore them out for a night with the girls and my feet were a bit sore by the end of the night (not much padding on the bottom under the ball of the foot) but they weren't terrible. I wear a size 12W so it's hard for me to find stylish boots in my size. I would recommend these boots as the pros far outweigh the cons.

I love this boot. I was able to wear it without a break in period and it looks good with dress slacks and jeans. I just wish it came in a lower heel but either way it's an attractive, comfortable boot. I bought it in black and brown.

I am thrilled with my purchase! I have extremely wide feet and even when a store says the shoe is wide, they do not fit. These shoes slipped on and zipped up with ease. They are delicate and I've only had them for a month, but so far they are very comfortable and sturdy.

Very comfortable, heel height feels good. Nice to find so many sizes and widths. I wear 11W and it is hard to find. These are great with pants and skirts. I added a pad under the ball of my foot -- the boots could use a little more padding there, I walk on the street a lot.

I chose this boot because I love the pointed toe. I also tried the David Tate Megan which has a similar shape but preferred the Summit because it has a zipper (the Megan is a slip-on). I have wide feet and the wide width is perfect. I\'m giving it 4 stars for style because I would have preferred a more stream-lined look (not all the folds).

I love this boot! Fits my wide foot perfectly, very comfy-although I do put in a gel sole for extra cushioning.I commute to work on the train and while the heel is high enough to look good with pants it is not so high that I can't walk comfortably. Now I probably wouldn't wear these if I was going to be walking or site seeing all day, but to and from the office and at work they are great! My true shoe size is an 8 1/2 Wide (D) but lately I have been wearing more and more size nines even in a wide. In this boot I am in my 8 1/2 again. Love this boot.

I chose this boot for its toe shape (not too pointy, not too round) and heel height. I ordered it in my usual size (7.5W) but found it too large. The 7W fits just right. I would have preferred a more sleek look (no leather "ruching") and more padding at the ball of the foot (hence the 4-star review).

Great boots! Very comfortable and the height of the heel is perfect! Only complaint is that it doesn\'t really feel like real leather, more like synthetic leather and for the price they cost, I expected them to be real leather. I wear these boots all the time and they go well with almost eveything!

Comfortable and attractive. They look great and feel great. My feet are slightly narrower than medium and slightly shorter than a size 6 so I am using gel soles in the boots. The boots now fit perfectly. I can wear them all day long and not have protesting feet. Leather is worth the extra money, at least for me, as the cheaper materials when on my feet seem to have a high failure rate (ie. scrapes, dings and other surface damages).

I own a pair of really cheap low boots that are very sexy but very uncomfortable. I ordered Summit hoping the upgrade in quality would equal upgrade in comfort. Sadly, no. The leather is wonderfully supple, but that allows the zipper to curve & fold, which irritated the side of my ankle. The sole is flexible but it's true - you can feel everything you're walking on. I usually wear a 4.5 but the 5 worked well in these. Sadly, though, I'm returning them & will keep wearing my cheapos that are uncomfortable (instead of keeping this pricier pair, which is still uncomfortable). Bummer! I own a pair of David Tate "Megan" boots and they are great!

These were purchased for my wife as a gift. She loves them as they came in a double E and the extra width makes for a much better fit for her foot. She has a very difficult time buying shoes and Zappos carries a great selection of wide shoes even for women!

Love these boots! They're so comfortable with a very soft leather, heel is perfect height, and they're stylish. Have the brown ones. Might just get them in black, too!

I am so hard to please when it comes to boots but these ones finally made me happy! I wear a 9.5 or 10 but with these I chose a 9.5 wide because I was concerned about the slender looking toe area. Look and feel great right from the start. Beautiful soft, black leather. I've worn only twice but so far I love 'em.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I can walk all day with it. It does scratch more easily though, but I would still recommend it.

I've worn these three times. they were so uncomfortable after a few minutes that I resolved to give them to the Goodwill. The reason is: there is not enough padding between the foot and the ground. It feels like you're walking barefooted--on cobblestone streets! Also, there is no arch support.
