Way too big and I wear wide, so get it a half size smaller. I was surprised because I'm usually 9.5 or even a 10. Too bad I have to return them because they look more dressy than all my other shoes and I can match it with anything.

Like the other reviewer, I had to return twice to find a good fit. The shoes are attractive and fashion forward for this year in the tan and black-love them! Needed to go down in both length and width.

Mine are two-toned, other than that they are the same. Extremely well made and comfortable. They are actually a wide shoe -- mine are a 6EE. And they're pretty!

Does run a little larger length wise. (Normally I am a 7W but the shoes slipped off the heel when I walked.) Also thought the taupe would be slightly lighter/pinker - it is more gray than expected in person. The color wasn't flattering for my skin tone but overall it is a very cute shoe and I could see it working for others.

I usually wear a 7.5 WW but based on the reviews that they run wide and long, I ordered a 7 WW and it is too long. The width is good. I am returning them.

I am usually a 11w or 11ww. I ordered an 11ww and the shoes were huge. Reordered as 10w and hoping it is the right size as they are super cute!

To tell you the truth they felt a little cheap on the feet. You know when you put on quality shoes? Well, these aren't them. They were definitely too big but still they didn't hug the foot and didn't really have a sense of any style. Not liking them at all because they're quite frumpy.

As I am from Canada and Zappos doesn't ship internationally, I used the address of a friend in the U.S. The shoes were received at the shipping address in two days. They fit comfortably and I am completely satisfied with them. I was very impressed with Zappos' friendly and helpful customer service, not only by e-mail but by phone as well. All my contacts were very helpful and pleasant. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you, Zappos. Just sorry I cannot order regularly from you, but possibly from time to time when my friend is coming across the border.
