Just what I ordered! I ordered these shoes to wear with pants and they have been great. They fit true to size and are comfortable to wear. The heel gives a bit of a dressed up look but is not too high.

This is a decent shoe for a long and narrow footed person (12AA). Not the sexiest in the world, but looks nice with jeans and true to the length if a bit wide across the toes.

Love it! I do a great deal of walking throughout the course of my workday, and at the end of the day, my feet are still comfortable and happy. I loved my first pair so much that I bought another pair in a different color.

Great Shoe! I have extremely hard-to-fit feet ... (Fred Flintstone feet) ... and these work great! Just the right width all the way around! Very comfortable.
Brands I'd also recommend: I have had luck with other David Tate shoes.

David Tate bootie 3" heel - Like ‘em. Seem very well made. They are pretty comfortable except for the height. I'm not used to a 3" heel, so it’s not really the shoe's problem. The elastic inserts at the side make them adjust nicely.

This is a terrific shoe that goes well with both slacks and jeans. I like the simple boot styling and I like the slender shape of the toe. I liked them so much that I bought them in both black and brown. It's true to size and pretty comfortable for a shoe with a heel.

Love! Love! Love! These shoes have the ease and comfort of clogs, but with a heel and much better style. I can just slip them on and go. I don't even need to sit down to put them on. With a double wide width they are comfortable, too. They feel comfortable without looking comfortable. The perfect combination!

Mixed feelings - I really like these shoes, but standing in them for long periods of time makes my feet hurt. My arches are high and it doesn't have enough support (but neither do most shoes). I added insoles and now they are great.

Lots of room - This is a shoe in which I spent a weekend in New York City. VERY comfortable and no "hotspots" (where a new shoe would rub and cause discomfort).

Buy them! These were a real find. I was looking for shoes to wear to the office with slacks. The 2 1/2 inch heel was higher than I wanted, but I thought these might be useful in cold weather. They could be the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. Great support for my whole foot, nice leather, elastic gore for fit. The first day I wore them, I was on my feet for almost 12 hours, and my feet didn't hurt. It's all about support, and these shoes have them. One thing to note: they have a long toe and look a little 'witchy.' They look great with slacks and so comfortable that I swear I would have worn them if they had curly elf toes with little bells. Buy them. You won't regret it.

Nice shoe, thin leather. I am a 9WW, and they fit great. My only concern is that I am going to look silly when my duck wide foot stretches out the thin leather, and I have that little point sticking out where the toe is. I can see that it is going to happen, but finding it hard to care, as I am just thrilled to get into a pair of shoes that resembles something fashionable that doesn't hurt my feet, or pinch my toes. If they end up looking like Renaissance pointy shoes so be it. They look really cool right now, and the elastic gusset is a god-send for people with a super high instep and arch like I have.

Really nice looking shoe. The heel was perfect and the size of it adds to the stability. I usually wear a size 7 EE. I did have to exchange it for a 7 1/2 EE, I think just because it's a pointy shoe it wasn't wide enough for me. This is the first time trying this brand and so far I love the style, but the fit seems to run a little small.

These shoes are absolutely wonderful! The leather is soft and the foot bed well cushioned with good arc support. I put them on and wore them in total comfort for the full day. I was fortunate to find both the black and brown available in my size!\r\nThanks David Tate for continuing to make my favorite shoes!!!

This shoe is perfect with pants, and very comfortable. The fit is true to size, I just wish it came in a 4A for those of us with really skinny feet. It is a beautiful shoe!

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought! The shoes are not as fancy or nice, but the fact that it is so comfortable, it doesn't really matter. I wear it under a pair of jeans or pants. I don't wear skirts since I usually wear a nicer type of shoes when I wear skirt. But for ordinary wear, these are the best shoes ever!

I have a very small shoe size and looked everywhere and lo and behold "Zappos" had not only my size (4 and a half), also great styles to choose from. I have paid any where from 150.00 and up for shoes. The shoes where great and they came in plenty of time as they where for my daughter's wedding. Now I know where to buy shoes for that special day and every day. Thank you. You saved the day!
