Dansko

Looks like an espadrille and has the arch support of a clog. I bought the stripe color. Every time I wear them, I receive many compliments.

These shoes are my new favorites! No break in period, and they are more comfortable than my Dansko professionals. I highly recommend them. They are cute and dressy, perfect for work were closed toes are required and cute enough that I want to wear them everywhere else too! I actually got them because a lady working at Banana Republic was wearing them and I thought they were just adorable!

Not for wide feet, very tight over the tip of the foot. I bought this style in a wide width and a regular width because I wasn't sure which size would fit. Neither did. I tried them on, then I put them up together, sole to sole, and found that the one marked as a wide width is exactly as wide as the one marked as a regular, medium width. They are the same width. Very disappointed that these were not sized as marked.

The shoes are very comfortable. The strap could use an additional hole...they are a little bit loose on me but I have very narrow feet and small ankles. Other than that a great shoe!

These are super cute, but they don't work with my high instep. They're too tight to slide my foot all the way in. Sadly, I need to return them.

I just received my second pair of these. I think they're my favorite shoes ever. So chic, so comfortable. I wear a 7.5, with fairly average but slightly wide foot. The 38 fits great with just the right amount of Dansko clog roominess.

These shoes are the perfect balance of softness along with solid support! Plus the higher heel (than most Danskos) was the most appealing feature! However the wooden heel and sole were of concern, as I was seeking shoes to carry me through 8-12 hours on my feet. From the minute I put these shoes on, I nearly cried tears of joy. Although, I have worn many types of shoes and heel heights (from 1''-4"), for many hours of each workday, I have never had a pair of shoes so perfectly fitted to my own feet in length, width, toe box, heel, instep, arch support and heel height. They are incredible! And the best is the wooden sole actually rocks the foot forward to glide rather than merely walking - thus providing the firm bit of support that some of the other comfort shoes are missing. Thank you, Dansko, for these Godsends of shoe world.

Too cute for words even on an ole lady like me. They make me feel like a kid again, when I didn't have to worry if the shoe was going to hurt my poor old feet. Because nothing hurts our feet when we're young and these don't disappoint. They're "Grrreeeaaattt!" as that old Tiger would say!

I love everything about these shoes, except they are very narrow -- too narrow for a size medium.

Worth every penny! I usually wear a size 10 in most shoes, and a 40 fit me perfectly. My foot is a little wide especially in the front. The mary jane styling did not cut my front, although it fit. I have toe problems too and I love the styling so I can cover my toes and keep them protected. My feet do not look like monster feet in them.

These shoes are so cute and comfortable. I get a lot of compliments on them.

I love these shoes! They are my new casual shoes for when the weather is too cool for sandals. They are also vegan if you are interested in that. Now, I will say that if you are used to the sizing of the regular leather Danskos, the sizing of these seems 1/2 size larger. I am a 11.5 and the 42 fit me perfect and is even a little too wide to wear it without a sock.

These are the cutest most comfortable shoe! Pretty true to size, love them!

I got these in green from another online retailer b/c Zappos was out of it in my size. So glad I got them. Adore them. Yes, they are a bit more narrow than the typical Dansko, but I say thank goodness! Many Dansko styles run too wide. These are comfy and fun. I normally wear a 5.5-6, and the 36 fits me perfectly.

I'm not sure how to rate the size since it is in Euro shoe sizes. Otherwise this is a great shoe. It is very comfortable and I wear for 12 hours + most days.

I am a new nurse. I tried several different pair of tennis shoes during my nursing school clinical rotation. No matter what either my feet, legs, or lower back hurt after my shifts. I am now working 12 hour shifts and have 3 pair of Dansko Pros. I never have pain with these shoes! It is amazing, I am so happy that I found a shoe I can wear to work and not worry if I'm going to make it through the day.

I absolutely love these shoes! I have always worn good shoes but for the last few months my feet have been hurting me. My daughter who is a nurse told me to try Dansko. I hesitated because I am already tall enough but boy am I glad I bought these. I wear them all the time! I never have worn a shoe larger than a size 9 and I purchased a size 40 which is a 9.5-10 and they fit great and my feet don't hurt anymore! I purchased a 2nd pair in another color. Thank you Zappos!

I normally wear I size 10.5. I tried the size 44, then returned them and got the 45. I'm not impressed with these shoes. I'm on my feet all day and I had hoped that they would help with knee and back pain, but they actually hurt my feet a bit. I tried to break them in, wearing them a an hour or two a day at work, but after a few weeks of trying, I gave up. I wish I could return them but I wore them a bit too much I think. I think I should have gotten the wide width shoes but as I don't normally wear wide, I didn't think of it. My advice to you, if you want to try these out, definitely buy them at Zappos because Zappos is awesome, but...find a local retailer that carries them and go try them on, find the right size, and make sure they don't hurt. These are not at all like normal shoes, and they aren't miracle shoes either, lol.

I'm returning them. The top strap chafes my toes; my feet and ankles look fat and clunky in them; the height is uncomfortable - both on the balls of my feet and in my legs.

I love my orange Veda shoes. I get a lot of complements on them and I can wear them all day in comfort. I prefer them loosely tied because they can get a little warm otherwise. I like them so much that I bought another pair.
