Overall:

I got my pair of Scouts right after Thanksgiving and wore them inside for a few hours for several days. I found them to be rather large compared to my other Danskos of the same size. This is not bad for boots as I have several thick socks I like to wear in the winter! They are comfortable to walk in and I think they look good with slacks.

I repeatedly order from Zappos and love their service and the immediate responses! Just happen to love my new Danskos as well, they are my 5th pair. I wear them at work and like the rolling footbed, takes the stress out of walking and being on your feet all day. And the print is adorable yet toned down enough that I don\'t feel silly in them.

I usually do not get along well with shoes with a heel height of more than 1.5", but there was something about the great look of this shoe that tempted me to purchase it. And I am glad I did! It is the most comfortable heeled shoe I have ever worn. It required virtually no breaking in, and it looks great with trousers and skirts. I can't believe how long I can wear it and still feel comfortable. I think its high degree of comfort is due to the great overall support the shoe offers, including the arch area.

I was looking for a Dansko clog that was unique, professional and comfortable, first and foremost, comfortable, as I work twelve to fourteen hour shifts as a nurse. I found what I was looking for in this style. The sole of this style feels slightly more elevated than my older Dansko clogs, but does not interfere with the comfort. I love the tooled look, which adds a bit more interest and flair to Dansko's original professional clog design. Dansko's are by far the most comfortable shoe I own. I would recommend these shoes to those not only seeking a sleek, tailored look but to those who would just prefer to wear them with jeans, or in my case, scrubs!

Just purchased my sixth pair of Danskos. I bought my first pair of Dansko clogs in 2003, while in nursing school, and I have worn them ever since! They are versatile, comfortable (even after a long, on the move twelve hour shift) and look great with any attire: jeans, dress pants, capris, skirts, or scrubs. These are always the first pair of shoes I grab on the way out! I still have the first pair I purchased, and they still look and feel wonderful!

I ordered these because I have worn several Dansko clogs and loved them. These look great, fit perfectly, but the elastic on the little strap across the instep pinched my foot (even through socks) whenever I took a step. If they moved the elastic a bit, it might help. I was disappointed because these looked and felt great otherwise. As another reviewer said, the blue are so dark they look black.

I really wanted a pair of Dansko shoes after hearing how comfortable they are. These are more attractive than the standard clogs, but seem structurally similar. After wearing them around the house for a few hours I felt pain in my instep, so I will return them, sadly. Maybe the last on these shoes are not good for my feet. Others may have a better result.

My favorite bad weather boots. Sizing is large. Unless you wear really heavy socks, order a size smaller than usual.

I own a pair of Dansko clogs. I hate them. They killed my feet at work. So, I now use them as shoes in which to take out my garbage. I really wanted to like Dansko shoes, so the other day I decided to give Dansko another try for my job, seeing as how their professional clogs have been redesigned. It was a horrible decision. Again, the shoes killed me at work. They made my entire body ache, not just my feet. I have 7 inch platform shoes that are significantly more comfortable than Dansko's clogs! I still only own one pair of these clogs, because I gave the new ones away after only 2 days of wearing them to work. There is no break-in period for these shoes because after at least a year of owning them, my old ones are still useless for work. Truly an awful clog, and a waste of my time and money. I would give "0" stars to this shoe if I could. Zappos, on the other hand, is great!

Leather is too stiff. My rating for this ankle boot is really 5 stars for below the ankle, 2 stars for above. The footbed is fantastic, provides great support and comfort. In the area between my ankles, however, there was grave discomfort. The leather of the boot is so stiff that it did not give when I walked, therefore causing such pressure on the area of my leg between the ankles that sores developed. Two weeks after not wearing the boots, I still have sores that have not healed. When I first tested these boots, I was in the office, and did not walk in them extensively. Because they felt comfortable, I wore them home, and that was when I discovered their regrettable tendency to chafe against my leg. I thought that breaking them in might help, but all I got for my efforts was a sore on each leg. I gave the boots to my daughter, with the warning that she should find some foam cushion to line the boots with, and proceeded to order a pair of La Canadienne ankle boots which do not chafe my legs. Unfortunately they do not provide the superb foot support that the Dansko boots did. But at least I can walk in them.

This is my first pair of Danskos. I have really wide feet and this shoe (ordered in Wide) fit me pretty well. They aren't very cute, but they look much better than my Crocs.

Am really enjoying the shoes. Took only a day to get used to. Love walking in them. The only disappointment I see is the toe area is beginning to wear off already. More on one shoe than the other. I happened to notice this on a dansko shoe of a friend also. I am really trying to be careful wearing them!

These are very cute shoes but I am returning because they have a funny chemical smell! They are not of the same quality as the Danskos I have had for years which were made in Denmark.

This fantastic, wonderful clog let me walk normally and for long distances after having a neuroma removed. The bottom of my foot is profoundly sensitive and will remain so for a long time. I walk a lot, at least 5-7 miles daily on hard NYC concrete. My job had me on my feet, post surgery, 14 hours a day for 7 days. I love walking. These shoes made that all possible, although I can't wear most shoes yet. I have a narrow foot and found extra is padding helpful, with a thick sock, for fit, I added a store bought orthotic. However, Dansko shoes have a thick sole, very thick and that is where the comfort comes from. They also give me a few inches of height without stressing my forefoot. The tooling does not look like fine tooling, but it is attractive without being overly flashy (although I do like flashy). I highly recommend this shoe.

I love my Pavans. The first pair was a little too small and Zappos sent me a larger pair the very next day and a return shipping label for the pair that didn't fit. I will definitely want to buy all my shoes (probably Danskos) from Zappos. They are the best.

I had a great experience with Zappos. I ordered a pair of Dansko shoes and was disappointed when they arrived and were too small. I called the customer service line and spoke with an amazingly friendly woman with a great sense of humor. She credited the too small shoes to me and sent out the replacement pair immediately. They arrived the next day. Yay for Zappos!

I have never reviewed anything on Zappos before, but I had to write something about this boot. This boot was extremely comfortable straight out of the box. Within two days of ownership, I walked all over NYC. They look great with jeans they look just as good today as they did when I opened the box. Enjoy!

These are great for work. I bought these last year for work. I am a solid woman's size 11 and found that I had to wear a 43. So, warning, these run a size small. The 43 is labeled for 12-13 in womens, no way. Otherwise, great shoe.

These were what I was expecting. They are not glamorous shoes, but effective. They seem to fit true to size. I find them fairly comfortable and could benefit from an insole for extra comfort.
