These are true to size although they are tight across the instep. They need to be broken in. They are just as cute and stylish as pictured.

This is my second time buying this shoe. I like the support of a Dansko shoe with the elastic to fit my high arch. I tried the wide Dansko Professional because I was attracted to the variety of colors that it comes in, but this shoe fits better. My foot doesn't slide around as much as it did in the wide shoe. The elastic insert allows me to wear this comfortably all day while I teach third grade. Please, Dansko, start making this shoe in jazzier colors!

Love, love, love. However, it took me several attempts to find the right pair. I tried a couple other Dansko styles that just didn't fit my foot right (toe box too small, etc). Then out of the first pair of Phoebes I ordered one was perfect, but the other was too tight across the arch. I called Dansko, and they said since they're each handmade, even another pair in the same size might work. Voila! So if they're almost perfect, but not quite, another pair might be just the ticket!

Dansko and Zappos Fan! I have been wearing the Professional style in black for a year so I knew what I expected in Dansko. The new brown clogs were a bit tight at first, but after wearing them for a couple of days, they loosened up nicely. I love the fit maybe even a bit better than the black ones! Everyone knows that I am coming by the clomping, especially on stairs, but that is what clogs do! This is my first Zappos order and it was flawless. It is great to see lots of options for my small size 5 feet. I would definitely order again. I am scheduled for a hip replacement in a month and find Dansko my saving grace. I have height and comfort although with a, hopefully temporary, slight limp.

I like the styling of this new Dansko. It looks a little less "clinical". Several of my co-workers are already looking to buy these same shoes. The comfort is the same as any other Dansko but it is a bit tight across the top (which I'm sure will ease as they break-in).

This seemed to run a bit small. I didn't find the styling to be quite what I was looking for. The seam lines didn't show up as much as I thought they would, so they were more plain looking than I was looking for.

I stand up all day at work and wouldn't make it without my Danskos. I now have three pairs of Phoebe's. With the elastic they are a little more flexible than the standard clogs and are much cuter. Also, a shout-out to Zappos for making the whole purchasing process quick and painless.

I love this shoe! Looks great with jeans and long skirts. The shoe has more style than the basic Dansko; love the detail stitching and embellishment on the sides. It also has a more narrow look overall and maybe a slightly more narrow fit, which is good for my arch support and ankle pronation issues. I have noticed some scratches on the top front already happening, but I tend to be rather rough on my shoes and wear my favorites all the time and maybe I need to buy another pair, so I can alternate.

Amazing service! They sent them next day service at no charge. I ordered the wrong size, reordered and they sent the second pair, with the same service! The ones that I returned, they paid the return postage. The shoes are wonderful! I have had the 'professional' style in the past which I loved. These have a little more style and fit great! I would recommend them...I am in health care and wear them to work every day!

Great shoe. The heel isn't tapered like some other Danskos I own. This is my work shoe, my travel shoe (convenient to slip off for TSA), walk-the-dog shoe...I get a lot of compliments on it too. Good craftsmanship. Had them for a year now and they have held up well besides a few minor scuffs from wear. (I'm sure I can polish them but haven't had time). Only gave them 4 stars for comfort because after a very long day of wear, the heel is tiresome - yet this is probably true of most shoes with a heel.

Customer service was excellent. First pair was too small. Sent them back and credit was issued right away. I usually wear these with nylons, but the shoes are a little big. With lightweight socks fit fine.

These are just like my old Dansko Professionals but with a little styling which I like. They fit true to size with the characteristic space around the heel you get with Danskos. I just go them today and immediately went on a mile or so walk with them in the park. I'll need to break them in but it won't take much to do it. I have no soreness or blisters and the arch support was great. I have super high arches that no other shoe other than Danskos even reach. The elastic does offer just a little more flexibility in the instep than the professional which is pretty nice, too. They also have a lower profile on the instep than the professional. I always wear 38 in the professional and these were right in line. The length, width, etc. doesn't seem to deviate at all from the professional sizing. These are cute - I'd like to see more surface styling (rather than just patterns) on the Dansko clogs. These will be my basic black staple.

Zappos provided fantastic customer service, first and foremost. The Dansko Phoebes are adorable in brown and I am very pleased with the shoe as a whole. The arch provides comfort and support.

First of all, I couldn't believe how fast I received my order. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit. They were too big but my feet didn't even go down further enough in the shoe. I don't understand that...maybe too much cushion? But I really liked the style of this shoe. Too bad I have to return it.
