- Fully convertible heel strap allows wear behind the back of heel or across instep, your choice!
- High quality leather upper follows the natural contours of the foot. Box leather is ideal for the workplace environments with wet, acidic or greasy conditions. It has a smooth, clean finish with the natural irregularities removed. It is the easiest leather to maintain, and can be wiped clean with soap and water.
- Instep collar is generously padded.
- Roomy Thermoplastic toe box provides durable reinforcement and toe protection while allowing toes to move comfortably.
- Nonallergenic vegetable tanned leather sockliner wrapped around synthetic foam absorbs and evaporates perspiration.
- Protective Polyethylene heel counter allows the heel to move up and down when walking. Also provides lateral stability and acts as a natural shoe horn.
- PVC inner frame provides stability and reduces torque and pronation.
- Polyurethane outsole provides shock absorption and flexibility, withstands surfaces of extreme heat and cold, and protects feet, legs and back during long hours of standing or walking.
- Rocker bottom propels the foot forward when walking.

If you like clogs but have trouble keeping them on...these are for you. I love them and they don't slide off because of the convertible strap. Nice quality and true to size. Non-slip, too. I like them a lot.

I love these shoes! They are so cute and so comfortable! I am on my feet all day at work and my feet feel great at the end of the workday. I highly recommend these shoes! Zappos has great service. I have never been disappointed.

I love this shoe. My feet are very sensitive and I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes that don't look "old lady-ish". I really like this color (I also have them in black box leather). They are perfect for the professional look at work, as well as with jeans for casual. One thing that the buyer must be aware of: the first pair of these that I purchased became scuffed looking almost immediately. I cleaned and polished them and the same thing happened. Zappos was great about exchanging them and I have had no problem with the replacement pair. I think that the first pair were defective, as if there wasn't enough color in the leather. The espresso color is my favorite.

Very comfortable shoe, I have hypermobile joints and have a very hard time finding shoes to last through the day. These are great, can keep up with my two year old son and they look much nicer than my all weather Merrells. The only shoe so far that seems to keep up with my issues.

These shoes are very comfortable. They are true to size and have a very generous toe box which I need because of a hammer toe. Love the color for the fall and winter months. I would definitely recommend.

Nice shoes. No break-in period needed. Comfortable shoes are a must for me as I am a teacher and on my feet all day! I am between a 9.5 and a 10. I ordered the size 40 and it was a perfect fit. They were wide enough for my slight bunions. I will order in more colors!

This is about my 5th pair of Dansko Ingrid. They are so comfortable and can wear them for hours. They keep their form well and don't stretch out like other clogs--and with a little buffing every month they stay looking brand new. I love ordering from Zappos. I know that if it isn't the right fit, there is absolutely no problem in returning and the delivery is almost always next day.

Had foot surgery in August and discovered most of my shoes were not approved by my podiatrist or P.T. My doctor recommended Dansko and they are absolutely wonderful. Great and comfortable fit.

This is my 2nd pair of Dansko's I've ordered, as suspected they are perfect! The leather is slightly stiff when first worn, but after a few wears they are breaking in nicely. I wear with the strap on the heel and is very comfortable and I would recommend this purchase to anyone looking for a comfortable pair of shoes. They look great with jeans and with crop pants as well!

I love Dansko clogs and these are no exception. I wear them frequently and they are very comfortable. I wear mine like the picture with the strap in front as an accent. The black leather dresses them up a bit. I think they fit true to size, and if they're anything like other pairs I have they will hold up nicely for a long time! They have moderate to excellent arch support so I can wear them all day without my feet aching or feeling tired.

I was impressed by the reviews, free shipping, and promises of great customer service if by chance there happen to be a problem with the my Danskos. The Danskos are great (my first pair)! I work in the Pharmacy and am on my feet 90% of my day and my feet are NEVER tired or hurting when I leave work. As a matter of fact, I usually hit my front door running and continue to wear my danskos a few hours after I'm home (now you know that's got to be a comfy pair of shoes!) Didn't have a problem with the shoes so I really can't rate the customer service. Shipping was fast (:

These are amazing shoes. I went from stay-at -home mom to full time 12 hour shifts as a nurse and my feet never hurt once. I prefer to wear the sling back, not forward for extra security. These are also easy to clean, have excellent arch support, and no pressure on the toes. Well worth the money.

Zappos is one of those rare companies who give you more for your money. I had a size issue with shoes I purchased for my wife (twice). Zappos not only readily accepted the original shoes, but they upgraded the shipping on the replacements (twice). I love these guys.

Dansko Ingrid - I have always had foot pain, especially in my heels. I started wearing Dansko's about 8 years ago. The only style I have had trouble with is the Professional. I have a high arch and they hurt across the top. The Ingrid does not, it is VERY comfortable. I love the look and the comfort!

Dansko Ingrid - I work 12 hour shifts in an ER. These shoes are pretty good, but take some getting used to after wearing crocs. The Danskos have excellent support and my feet feel fine as do my legs after running around for a shift. No break in period required. I do wish there was more cushioning, as they are quite stiff. I tend to leave them at work because I have a hill to climb from the parking lot, and they are slippery. For the money I hope they last at least 1-2 years. I am an 11 and bought a 43 (11 1/2 to 12) and they JUST fit so order up.
