slippers for large feet - It's hard to find slippers when you wear a size 11. All the ones I find in the local stores are sized S, M, L, XL and the XL only goes up to 10 1/2. We larger sizes are usually left out in the cold (feet). Thank goodness for Daniel Green. These slippers are made in actual shoe sizes and go up to an 11. And they come in widths! The slipper has a nice rubberlike sole, flexible but heavy enough to dash out to the mailbox without ruining them. There is no arch support but a slipper constructed like these wouldn't have any. The collar elastic is snug but not chafing and stays on your heels when you walk. I bought the Cheetah design and they're a lovely soft plush terry. No more dull slippers! The inside is lined with plush terry, which is warm and not sweaty. I rated them as true to size but they're a tiny bit short, maybe a quarter size. This isn't an issue because the fabric upper will stretch and give, but if you are a borderline 11-11 1/2, these may be too short. Otherwise, if you're a half size, order up to the next full size, not down. Overall, I'm happy I found them, and come January, my feet will be too.

Like heaven in a shoe. Really, really, really comfortable. I wear them in my office when I don't have meetings. They definitely do look like house slippers, though -- the toes are really wide and give them that “frumpy� slipper look. It’s too bad – the soles seem pretty rugged, like you could wear them out of the house. But, I don’t know that I’d go any farther than the mailbox in them. Still, they are incredibly soft and cozy. The sole is padded, so when you walk on a hard surface it feels like you’re walking on pillows. Would definitely buy them again, I just wish they looked a little more streamlined, like ballet slippers or something, so I could wear them out of the house.

Comfy and Cute - Love the faux leopard fur, it is so fun! These slippers are so comfy; they have enough support to wear them all day. I never feel like they will fall off my feet, they are not floppy and don't "hang" like other slippers do when you lift your feet. They are not too restrictive either and don't make my feet hot.

Comfy slippers - These slippers are very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for - slippers to wear around the house that don't fall off when going up stairs (like slides & mules), are cushioned, non-slip, and warm (but not so warm that I sweat). Plus, they are thin so I can take them when I travel. Very nice slipper.

Adequately comfortable slipper. Nice that the tread on the bottom is o.k. for outside. A little warmer than I anticipated - here in L.A. we don't get very wintry nights, which this would be great for. The elastic on the heel is ever so slightly tighter than I would have liked, but nothing to cause me to send it back. I wear a size 9 and got a 9 1/2 - seems about as tight as I'd want to go, so I guess it runs a little small - or maybe I just don't like tight slippers!

Purrr-fect - These shoes are so cute. I absolutely adore them. Very comfortable - even the elastic does not cut into the back of my heel, which has been a problem with other elasticized shoes.

Nice fit and comfort - I like them - I work at home on the computer so I needed something I could have on my feet to keep them clean, comfortable and warm - but not too warm! I hate sweaty feet! LOL...so these work like a charm. I was going thru slipper socks too quickly - they wear out too soon. These are perfect for my needs.

Comfortable slipper - runs a little small - This slipper was comfortable, but the sizing did run a little small - about a half size. Fortunately, the Zappos customer service was so good I had my replacement slippers quickly and with little hassle.

I bought this shoe for my mother. She is a dialysis patient who has trouble walking and is always cold. She loves these slippers. They are warm and stay in place on her feet. The hard sole provides her with some stability as well. She wears a 9 narrow and the slipper seems true to size.

Adorable, but sized way wrong! The product came super fast! Zappos upgraded my shipping to next day for free...love them! Slipper is ab-so-freakin-lutely adorable, but runs very small, hence the 3 star rating for comfort. Was going to just exchange for a larger size, but someone gave me another Daniel Green slipper that is out-of-this-world comfy, so I’m just going to return this one.
Brands I'd also recommend: Other Daniel Green slippers...so comfy.

Nice, stays on foot - cozy, solid sole - very good overall - The only downside, is the toe seems a bit snugger than it could be, BUT I know over time these will loosen and begin to get to fit exactly MY foot. Since I cannot find - even in the city of Chicago - house shoes of this model easily… and need/want these - buying via Zappos was THE best!

Yes! Grandma slippers! I'm pregnant and got these for the hospital. I ended up there already for a few hours and disliked putting my shoes back on to trudge to the bathroom, and it was cold, so I wanted slippers. These are great. Really soft/furry, comfy on the bottom and the elasticized back keeps them on your feet. Couldn't ask for better, worth every penny!
