These are the most adorable slippers I have seen in a long time. They have the lip in the back that I was looking for which helps keeps my heels warm while still being slip-ons. No memory foam insoles, but definitely not uncomfortable. Sturdy enough to wear to the market and very warm. I like that they are eco-friendly.

Very nice slippers. I am very pleased with them. As mentioned they do run a little bit small but I did order my usual shoe size and they still fit. Very comfortable.

I ordered these yesterday, and they came today. I put them on my feet and they feel so good, I can't believe it! My feet have been hurting for the last 3 weeks (no idea why) and I finally feel some relief with these slippers. I ordered a size 9 because I listened to the other reviewers, and they said to order a size larger (normally I'm a 7 1/2 to 8). These fit perfectly!

Exactly what I wanted, but runs small, the width is fine but almost a full size short so that my heel can't tuck into the little lip in the back. Bummer, hope they get more sizes. Inside is perfect blend of coziness and support.

The shoes are too shallow, I guess is the best way to describe them. Will not accommodate an orthotic or even socks. Length and width aren't a problem, but I am returning them.

These really are comfortable slippers and the insole has a fair amount of support. They really do run a whole size small but don't be afraid to try these - they're soft, warm and cute too.

These are wonderful slippers! I was a bit hesitate to order these because the price was so low. I assumed it was a reflection of the quality, but not at all! I love these slippers! I usually wear Haflinger shoes which are about three times the price. I'm so happy that I've found a replacement at a much better price!

I found these to run a bit small if you are between sizes go up. They are very comfortable and are great even for outdoor use because of the hard bottom.

Yay! Love these! Soft and supportive, good soles for the errant trip outside, warm and snugly. Right out of the box they feel a little small for 9, but they ARE slippers, after all, and will stretch. I would not be comfortable washing these in the machine; they are 30% wool. Overall, though, I am happy with them.

These are very comfortable slippers with a nice amount of support. The opening is tight so you need to use your finger or a shoe horn to get them on right. These also run extremely small. I am an 8½ - 9 usually and I'm wearing a size 10 in these. The ankle opening is still snug. I love the colors and overall look.

These slippers are very comfortable, warm, and provide a nice amount of support. The opening is very narrow, so I need to use my finger or a shoe horn to get them on right. Otherwise, the back folds down and I walk on the brown border until I feel like fixing it. They also fit very small. Order a full size bigger at least.

Loved the quality. Very nice. Very cozy. Only problem is that it runs very small. I’m usually in between sizes and ordered the larger of the two I order from. It was still substantially too small for me! And now they’re out of any close to my size.

These slippers are so cute - I really loved the look of them! If I had non-problem feet, I would have kept them and loved wearing them - they are cushy, distinctive, outdoor sole. But I had to return them. So many reviewers here gave it a "moderate arch support" rating, and that was what I was looking for primarily. I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot and need a very supportive arch or the pain is bad. Zappos were my savior for winter-wear (Dansko boots) and summer-wear (Chaco sandals) - I figured they'd be able to help me out inside the house too. (I wear fake Crocs as slippers - the arch support is better than my real Crocs, but 2 years later the support is flagging a bit and I can't stand the sweaty feet feeling any more that you get with Crocs). Anyway - what others have said about the sizing is true - definitely order up. I take a UK 3, which is the equivalent to a US 5-5.5. The smallest of these available was a 6, but I ordered a 7 - and they fit in length perfectly. They were the same size as my other 5.5 shoes when I measured them up against each other. If you look inside you can see that the arch isn't raised at all, and when you feel inside it is very cushy, but there isn't any discernible arch support. I wore them and they were soft and cushy, and I really wanted to keep them - but my foot started to ache after 10 minutes. Zappos customer service is wonderful - the return was processed easily and quickly.
