Love this backpack... I originally was looking for a book bag for my mac book pro and found this one at Zappos. I chose this design because it’s black and won’t get dirty easily. It has great pockets and space for every essential, however, if I had more than just the two classes I am taking, the main compartment would NOT be big enough. I fit my laptop, two binders, two textbooks, a few folders, and a notebook. The padded shoulder straps are awesome and Zappos had this delivered in about 2 days!!

Love this backpack! The size and shape are perfect and comfortable to use. The colors on the inside are pretty cool. The straps are made so there is no pressure on the upper back. Great buy and quality!! Won't be disappointed!

My 8-year old daughter loves this backpack for school. It’s roomy, but not too big for her to carry. The inside lining is bright colors, which she really loves. It’s even got a "secret" flannel lined pocket for a DS!

First off, Zappos is amazing. I had an issue understanding the tracking of my order so I emailed support. They emailed me back in a few hours (this was well near midnight). It was explained to me and they even jumped my shipping up to expedited shipping for free. I was relieved to understand and I was excited I'd have more time to plan the use of the pack. It arrived only 1-2 business days later and I was very pleased with the backpack. It's not too big, and not too small. It's padded laptop sleeve fit my 14 inch laptop perfectly. There are plenty of spaces for storage throughout. I ordered the black and the color is professional, but also has the girlie tones it needs to be so fashionable. I love this pack and cant wait to use it for school!

Comfortable, spacious, fits very well against my back without feeling bulky. I use this backpack for baby diapers and toys, my wallet and water bottles, a laptop, ipod, iphone. It has padding for all of these technologies. I love the top pocket where I keep my car, house keys and chapstick. A great bag. Sporty chic.

Best book bag. The lightweight feel is perfect for stuffing it with your laptop and note books. Only issue I am having is when I put bulky items in, such as my lunch in containers. It's a little bit of a struggle to get at the other items.

This book bag is amazing! I am a college student with a 17 inch laptop, charger, mouse, a ton of books, water bottle, and glasses. It holds everything, and very comfortably. I did not think this bag would be up for the task but it is the most comfortable school bag I have ever had. My water bottle is slim it it was any bigger it would not fit in the pocket. Also, I have not used my eye glass case since I bought the bag with its very nice lined pockets.

A solid construction. This backpack is replacing an 1,800 cu inch Adidas backpack. The bag can hold more than it appears. I have stuffed it almost beyond capacity more than once, and this bag did not rip/split/tear. The con, I do miss the 600 cu inches of space, but the pro, this bag is not bulky like the Adidas.

Finding a bag to fit my petite body was difficult. This bag is perfect sits well on my shoulders, doesn't hit me in the back of my head. It's a good day bag and airplane bag. I use the computer sleeve for my iPad. Thanks to Zappos delivery and return policy my purchase was complete in a few days.

This is my first Dakine bag. I love it. I am in college and I have a lot of textbooks and it can fit all of them, sometimes it is a snug fit but I was suprised at how much I can put in it. I wish I would have gotten one just a little bigger but I love thhe design and how well made the bag is. The straps are thick and there are a lot of many useful pockets.

Great backpack for my high school daughter who keeps about 15 pounds worth of stuff in it. The shoulder straps take the weight off your back. Seems much sturdier than most and very reasonably priced.

I really like this backpack - it holds a lot, without bulking up. I wish that the sides had zipped pockets instead of mesh ones, so that I could hold things in there more securely. But other than that, it's a trusty backpack, and holds my laptop and everything else I need really well. I've seen this backpack in a lot of different designs at my school, and I can see why, it's just great for college students. The color is just a little darker than in the picture, and the inside is greener, but I really like it.
