- Toe/Heel: 55% merino wool, 28% nylon, 17% alpaca.
- Arch/Instep: 70% recycled polyester, 17% merino wool, 8% nylon, 5% alpaca.
- Leg: 55% recycled polyester, 43% nylon, 2% spandex.
- Machine wash cold and tumble dry low.

The most supportive, cushy, comfortable running/workout sock I've ever worn. They stay in place perfectly, and don't slip down my ankle. I'm a woman with size 10.5/11 running shoe, and this men's style in size large fit just right. These socks are worth every penny!
I'd also recommend: Brooks Pure Flow running shoe
