Q: How do I use ZN?
ZN is designed to make it fun to browse and discovery, so the best way to learn how to use it is to dive in and stumble upon all the fun features. But, here are a few hints to get you started. Now go have fun!
Q: How much does ZN cost?
We love good deals and are hoping you do, too. That's why ZN is absolutely FREE! You can't get a better deal than that.
Q: How often do you update ZN?
We're glad you asked! A fresh new issue of ZN will be coming out every month, so you'll never have to wait long to see all the latest and greatest styles, tips, and trends.
Q: Why is it asking me to upgrade to iOS 5?
Just like ZN strives to be ahead of the curve when it comes to styles and trends, we want to be up-to-date on all things related to iPad applications. iOS 5 gives us the opportunity to bring you fun and interesting new features.
Q: Why is the app loading so slowly? Why are some images missing?
We've been practicing loading the app via telepathy, but unfortunately, we haven't perfected it yet. In the meantime, make sure that you're connected to the internet via WiFi or 3G (the faster the connection, the better). If you find yourself waiting for content to load, we recommend singing "Row, Row, Row Your Boat."
Q: What if I don't have an iPad? Can I still read ZN?
Viewing the iPad app is the only way to get the full interactive ZN experience. That said, we don't want to leave anyone out, so you can always get previews into our other issues here. And don't forget to share them with your friends!
