I returned this bra because it ran small (IMO) and because it was very difficult to put on. It also came up very high on my chest and didn't go as low on my midriff as the picture looked. Actually, it felt sort of like armor when it was on confining, compressing, and heavy. I never tried it for exercising, as I knew I was returning it. Maybe it wouldn't be hot or confining, but it sure felt like it would be. I would say that if you really need support, order this in a size larger than normal, and it should work well for you. I think it would be supportive.

It is a little difficult to put on, but it does not run small; I am a 36DD in regular bras and purchased this sports bra in a 36D to ensure I get sufficient support. It is awesome. For the first time in my life I can actually run (before I was only doing elliptical training because of the bounce factor). It is tight so my breathing is a little constricted but I'll compromise just about anything to have sufficient support during running or crossfit work outs. I would like a little more lateral bounce control but I just put a 2nd less tight "flimsy" sports bra on top of this and that does the trick. The vertical motion control is the best out there in a bra that doesn't come up to you collar bones and down to your belly button. I refer to this product as my kevlar bra. It is an excellent bra.

The girls are so happy. We just went out for a test run. When I unwrapped this I wondered why I even ordered it, but once I got it on it seemed to fit well - they peek out a bit - and the test run was great. I will be getting another.

I run all the time and this is the only sports bra that keeps the girls still without wearing two bras. I have worn them on short runs as well as for multiple half marathons. They are pricey but totally worth it!

Really terrific bra! I wear a 34DD and have always used the Enell bra to keep things in place but it was always so hot and sweaty...this bra is so much more lightweight and breathable, and everything pretty much stays put too. I am so happy I found this! Thanks, Zappos!

I'm normally a 34 or 36B so I ordered 36B and it is extremely tight.. I can't hook the back together and now I have to wait for my husband to come home to help me take it off! It feels like a 32A. It also does not stretch much at all.

Love this bra! Excellent for high impact activities even for the generously-endowed. The design and construction prevents upward movement and keeps the girls locked firmly in place without making them feel squashed. It should fit snugly and can be a little difficult to get over the shoulders but once it is on and fastened, there is no bounce -- ever! Thank you Zappos for carrying this fabulous brand!
