These ventilator tights do the job. Great core support. However, I think the ventilator mesh is too thick. In my view it's unattractive. I prefer the thinner matte mesh.
Brands I'd also recommend: Mizuno,CW-X, Saucony

The CW compression ventilator tights are excellent. I wear them nearly every day. They are the perfect fit and perfect comfort for my legs. Because they have ventilation holes I stay cooler when exercising (bicycling). They are so much better than Lululemon pants.

If you are looking for maximum support, these are for you. The material is very thick but the ventilation in the front does help, especially if there is a breeze. I ran in the mid 70's with low humidity and was fine. I think it would be uncomfortable to wear them in extreme heat, though. Watch out for size. I am 5'7" and 150 pounds. I got a size large and would not go any smaller.
