CW-X has been recommended by my running group for sometime but I'm not a fan of tights at all. Texas winter has been brutal this year so tights became a requirement. I was pleasantly surprised by their fit and comfort level and have run in them regularly since my purchase.

Tights work good for compression. They are tight in the groin but you get used to it. They are not particularly warm but I do believe that they help prevent my muscles from getting tired and I stayed warm enough while skiing in A Basin for four days. It remains to be seen how durable they are but I would recomend them based on my experience so far.
Brands I'd also recommend: No experience with others
