These boots were exactly what I was looking for! I have smaller calves and they fit great over leggings and jeans! I like that the leather is stiffer than other boots because they don't slouch and stay up nicely on their own and don't bunch up at the ankle. I received these in brown and have been wearing them a lot. I like the classic, simple styling.

These are great boots. Comfortable, just the right height on my calf, and a great color. Highly recommend them, especially if you need W or a size bigger than a 10.

The service from Zappos was great! Unfortunately, this product was not. The leather looked like bad plastic and felt like cardboard. These were supposed to be a Christmas gift, but I returned them immediately after delivery. I would have been mortified if my wife had opened these on Christmas. They should be in a discount store for these priced tops.

Definitely different in person they do not look or feel like leather. They fit poorly and look so generic - no style.

This circumference is absolutely WRONG! I bought them and they measure 16 inches in circumference. Highly disappointed as I bought them based on this measurement!

After having these boots about a month, I can report that I am wishing I had returned them (using the great Zappos service, of course). Like other reviewers, I found the boots poorly constructed for the price range. I actually got back on Zappos to make sure they were made of leather! However, I do think they have style and they are easy to wear, and have a nice snug fit that works well with skinny jeans. That said, I think for the price point, you can find a good brown boot with a bit more class.

This boot is not leather, as the description says. It didn't fit a wide calf (15 inches) and it felt like cheap fabric. I am returning it.

These are true to size and quality leather. I have an avg size calf and it is a snug fit at top, no room for any thick tights/opaques with these beauties. I am enjoying them!

The boot is a little bland. Thought maybe I would like it more in person but not really. Although its real leather it doesn't really look like it is. I probably would have kept it, but the shaft was still too wide even though I ordered a 13". Fits more like a 14.5". And it did not look as good as another pair I got (Etienne Aigner) whose shaft is not leather. Will be returning these.

I absolutely love, love, love these boots! They look so much better in person than on the Web site! They are so comfy and fit around my skinny jeans perfectly! One word of advice, though... if you're tall like me (5'10") and have to generally wear the jeans that are specified as "long," I would go with regular length skinny jeans. The jeans tend to bunch up on the bottom making for an uncomfortable position. But I love the boots!
