Review Text: This is a cute, funky, comfortable shoe. I ordered this in the brown and the boot version in the white. I liked the boot better because my heel slipped in the shoe but not in the boot. Also, the shoe leans a little to the Naturlizer/Aerosoles look that I don't care for. But, that aside, the leather is super soft and the contrasting laces are really cute. The holes go all the way through, which is kind of cool because you can add a color or contrast by what color socks you choose. I tried on the white with black socks and then red just for fun. The sole is really cushy and seems like it would be comfortable even if your on your feet all day, but there's a bit of a heel that doesn't run the whole width of the shoe, so, oddly, there's just a hint of a balancing act when wearing this otherwise comfortable shoe, but it's no deal breaker. I think it's just a perk that this shoe would be so comfortable, not it's main purpose. I love that it's so unusual. It did feel a little fragile, like it wouldn't last through tons of wear. And the suede was delicate and seems easily marred but it's not really an every day style anyway. The main drawback is that it stinks. It's got this awful, chemical smell. I left the box open for a week and it didn't seem to subside and made my whole apt smell toxic in the meantime. So I, reluctantly, sent them back. But I'm still bummed about it because they're really cool otherwise. Maybe if they were really cheap I'd wait it out, but not at the price they are. I'd rather pay more for a Camper shoe which are similarly funky and comfortable without the stink.

Have hardly taken these comfy shoes off since they arrived on my doorstep. I first bought this shoe for my mom and sister-in-law for their b-days. It has a low heel rubber bottom that makes the shoe extremely wearable--the all day long kind of comfort. When I bought theirs, my size wasn't offered (I have a wide foot), but when I checked back last week, the shoe is now available in wide width! I'm a size 6 Wide and the 36W fits perfectly. Could hardly wait to get them, 'cause I am on my feet a lot. Now I want them in every color!

These shoes are really beautiful. I need an orthotic as they are thin and lightweight. I think they run a little large. Nothing that can't be adjusted.

I kept these shoes hoping that I would get used to them. I love the look of them with their cool holes and they are really soft and comfortable. But as someone mentioned earlier, they are hard to balance in. Walking on rough surfaces is almost impossible for me which seems strange for a "flat" shoe. Also, they do smell quite a bit and when worn without socks left my feet black. Cute but not worth it.

This is a cute "rock & roll" shoe in purple. Perfect for jeans and a casual drink with friends after work. It felt almost a half size too short in length, no arch support really, and a very narrow sole plate. The sole of the shoe was my biggest problem; it felt flimsy and teeter tottery. Too bad; with a better foundation this could have been a killer shoe.

This shoe runs very small and narrow. No support but very cute style. I had to send these back after looking for an orange pair of shoes.

These are true to size, which is important to know when ordering shoes online. They're lightweight and comfy. I waterproofed mine with a scotchgard type spray to keep them looking better longer.

I recommend this shoe! It is very comfortable when you are aware of these tips: purchase the wide size unless you have super narrow feet & be aware that the little black you may get on your toes is worth wearing the shoe and washes off easily.

Fun and comfy shoe! However, I just couldn't justify buying these and it's sister shoe without the holes, the Deron. I ordered up a size and a wide because so many reviews suggested to, but I think it's not necessary for someone with slight ankles or instep. I have a large/high instep and it took a little maneuvering to get into the shoe. Someone else mentioned the narrow sole plate. I did not find this uncomfortable. I thought this shoe was extremely comfortable and would recommend it to anyone looking for more fun in their shoe wear, especially in the purple!

This is a cute looking style and exactly the color I wanted -- the purple is a plummy color not blue-purple. It is a very lightweight shoe, streamlined and unclunky. They have one thickness of leather with no lining, and the sides and back tend to cave in as you try to put them on. I needed a shoehorn and had to squinch my toes around a lot. They run a little on the short side. I wear a 10M and ordered the 42 that is supposed to fit 10-10.5, but my toes hit the end. Unfortunately I can't order the next size up as this is the largest this style comes in. However, I think that as a one-layer material, it will stretch easily with wear and conform to my feet. The medium width seems fine, but the toe box is a bit shallow -- so no room for thick socks. There seems to be some reinforcement to the toe cap which is nice to protect the tootsies. Other reviewers have said there is moderate arch support, but I find them pretty flat and will probably add an arch insert. No way a full orthotic would fit. There is a small amount of cush to the sole, so not uncomfortable at all. The tie over the instep is just an ordinary black shoelace, so I will probably replace it with a length of grosgrain ribbon to match. Under the tie flaps and across the tongue there is an elastic strip, unnecessary as far as I'm concerned. I will keep these since I feel they have the potential to stretch a bit and become more comfortable -- and it is a unique color that I really like. The perfs go all the way through, so not a puddle-jumping shoe.

I wanted to love these shoes - they are cute, and they are as comfortable as slippers. But they had two fatal flaws. First is the stench - they have a terrible odor, and when I left them sitting in a room for two days, the smell pervaded the room. Second, for some inexplicable reason, the tongue is sewn to the shoe on the sides, so this casual, soft shoe can't be put on without a shoehorn. No thanks.

Super cute, dainty shoe, but runs small. I ordered a 9.5W and was surprised at how narrow the shoe was. Insole is completely flat, no support which doesn't work for me.
