The hot water works pretty good; the cold water never gets cold - usually only one cup, then it is room temperature. Will return it.

This is a fantastic product! I use it multiple times daily. I use the cold feature more than the hot, but the water is ALWAYS cold and refreshing. Also easy to clean.

Got the this about a year ago and I love it. Warning! You will get spoiled very quickly. It is the best tasting water I have ever had. All the guests I've had taste it all agree. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that it's a little bit noisy, but I have a small house. It is not constantly running and you do get used to it. Having such great tasting water is definitely worth it. I love this product and I am so happy I got it. Make sure you follow the filter directions and prep, it's very important step. In my experience with it the filter lasts way longer than 3 months; I have have a family of 3 that constantly drinks water above all else and it lasted about 9 months.
