What an awesome machine! Handled a huge batch of sourdough English muffin dough with no problem. Dough hook design is great. Low profile fits it under our low cabinets. Easier to use than my 5qt and 6qt Kitchenaids, quieter, too, and doesn't get nearly as hot. Have only used it three times, but so far, delighted!
