I love shopping at Zappos! This was a replacement item and was needed asap, so I knew to order from Zappos, I love their shipping! Extremely easy to order. Highly recommend item. If you love perc type coffee, this is the item for you.

Been using my new coffee pot for a few weeks now and I love it. Keeps coffee hot and doesn't cook it like in other pots that sit on a hot plate. Do use a coffee filter otherwise the grounds will plug up the holes and will overflow putting grounds into you coffee. So far, so good.

Well here is an update to my original review: Three weeks into my new percolator it just quit working, something electrical. Zappos was awesome at sending me a replacement ASAP, the replacement one was even worse. It percolated out of the pour spout when the coffee was almost done and when it was at its hottest. Very dangerous as it blew coffee all over the counter and walls. I tried using only 10 cups on the next brew. It did help but I didn't pay to only use part of the machine to avoid injury to myself and my kitchen. Zappos was once again awesome at resolving this problem and refunded my money which, due to their excellent customer service, I re-ordered another brand of coffee maker with them. Zappos was much better at helping me with this problem than the Cuisinart company which I had to contact 3 times about these issues and they didn't seem to concerned. I will do business with Zappos again, but not Cuisinart!!!

I received the coffee pot in August 2011. Great looking coffee pot; I loved the way it made coffee. Really liked seeing it percolate in the clear bubble on top. Unfortunately, it just stopped working in December 2011. Plugged it in as I do every day and nothing happened. No more Cuisinart for me.

I am so disappointed in this coffee maker. The coffee tastes horrible (I tried different coffees) and it does not stay hot once the percolating is over. I will return it.

I love the look of this pot and the coffee is very hot which is what I wanted. But if you have coffee ground for and it is very weak and if you have it ground finer it's mud at the bottom of the cup. I will probably send it back. :(

For the money, I rate this product as a piece of junk. I have had it less than a year and had way too many problems with it. Now it just quit working and I called the warranty service and they will only replace it as long as I pay the shipping and handling. So now I am paying more money for the piece of junk.

Love this percolator! It gives the coffee a great flavor! The only thing we dislike about it is the plastic knob on top. We are on our third percolator because the knob breaks after using every day for a year. I wish they would use a glass knob instead. Still love it though!
