I love this pan! I even bought one for a gift for a friend. I recommend the pro. I also got the entire French classic full set. I suggest washing with a little Bon Ami after use which will take any discoloration out. It seems complaints are due to people who don't know how to clean them.

We use this as our primary pan for sauteing and shallow-frying because it's not only quite large, but its high sides help to keep sauteed food from flying out.
