Water condenses on the inside of the hopper making clean up difficult. The thermal carafe cools off too quickly, AND an air bubble tends to form at the opening on the lid preventing the coffee from dripping into the carafe, and therefore spilling onto the counter. I will never purchase another thermal carafe coffee maker.

Disappointed. Water just isn't hot enough. Carafe spout small and pours slowly. Just not worth the money.

We had this coffeemaker for under a year. It now spills coffee almost everytime we make it. The coffee is never that hot either. I'v always owned Cuisinart and this is the first coffeemaker I am not happy with.
