I bought this electric cookie press for my Mother. I was very pleased with the shipping. My mother is 77 years old and hard for her to use her old press. She is very excited; she loves it.

Disappointed. I was excited to upgrade to an electric cookie press, and the brand name gave me great confidence. Sadly, this proved to be tough to use, the press went off track more than once and the end result described is tough to achieve with the imprecise instructions. Perhaps a steadier hand or more experienced baker would have more success, but I purchased this device to help bridge that gap.

While my wife was using the press to make cookies I noticed that the plastic rod inside the maker started to bend toward the end of the tube more than once. We are not satisfied with this product.

I purchased this item to make Christmas cookies and had a hard time getting the dough to stick on the parchment paper. The dough got stuck on every dispensing disc I used. I changed over to use the Decorating Tips instead and it worked better.
