Not bad, took some time to break in. I wear to work and with shorts. A little rough on the heel at first when worn without socks. I usually wear 11.5, and ordered both 11 and 12. The 11 fits the best. The sole is comfortable, but there is very little arch support.

My husband loves the shoes for boating and the beach. Not great for walking in all day but definitely met his needs and would buy again.

Shoe fit is wider and longer than anticipated (8M). Learned from manufacturer's website that Crocs have three "fits" depending on model. This model is deemed a 'Relaxed Fit', meaning longer and wider than 'Standard Fit'. This order will be returned. Zappos should consider descriptions closely resembling the manufacturer's spin. Saves on freight like that, and minor annoyances experienced in the customer's world. Zappos is stellar nonetheless.
