I'll make this short and sweet. If your looking for the coolest looking and most comfortable steel toe skate shoe look no further. I work in a manufacturing facility and only wear them while I'm at work. The reason for only at work is that I need to make them last for 1 1/2 years or i'd be proud to sport these shoes anywhere. Thanks Converse and Zappos for the great support.

Brands I'd also recommend: If you work on your feet. No shoe has a good enough support. Just get an insert it will pay for it\'s self forsure.

I have worn skate shoes for quite some time now mostly because they are a comfortable style of casual shoe. This design in particular is very close to a regular skate shoe as far as comfort is concerned. The quality and design are spot on. There is a very thin layer of suede covering the steel toe portion of the shoe which could peel off if something makes good contact. If these hold together of at least a year, I will definitely buy another pair. Zappos.com upgraded my standard shipping method at no extra cost to me. I ordered these shoes in the afternoon and they arrived the next day. This website is definitely my first choice when shopping for new shoes.

I purchased this shoe specifically for work. From the time I put them on until the time I took them off (12 hours later) they were comfortable the entire time. My feet never hurt and still don't. I would recommend these shoes to anyone interested in buying them.

These shoes are very comfortable. The removable insoles in these shoes are really soft! Your feet will feel good in these shoes. I use these at work and they are great. They are part skateboard shoes so they are a little loose on the ankle. Just tie your shoes if they are too loose on the ankle. The only problem is that the suede black fades over time. Overall great shoe though.

I work for a manufacture and am on my feet for 8 hours a day. I had boots before these and not going back. These are light weight and look like a normal shoe un-like most steel toe shoes. They dont offer the best foot support but neither do most skate shoes. It could be my feet but think I\'ll change the inserts in them.

1 month in to owning these shoes and I love \'em! I wear them to work, which is a two floor office building that has me moving around all day, and the shoes have been extremely comfortable. My only hesitation was the steel toe, but I don\'t even notice it! Love the shoes, don\'t regret my purchase one bit.

I'm on my feet 8-12 hours a day, mostly outdoors. These shoes are great. They feel and look like regular skate shoes. I've had them for 9 months, but they are now starting to show wear. They're not keeping my feet dry anymore. The steel toe now sometimes jabs into my foot when I walk on uneven surfaces (like going up grassy and muddy hills). All in all, it's a great shoe, but doesn't last very long if you're on your feet outdoors all day.

I have had these shoes for about a month and they feel just like my DCs! They are so comfortable and perfect for those of us with a wide foot and you would never even know they are steel toe! I bought a half size too big and put an arch support insole in and they are like a dream. Not too long, the perfect width, and not too loose with the insole. I recommend these to all my coworkers with clunky old boots. They look and feel just like a skate shoe.

Really a great work shoe. Extremely light and comfortable for a work boot, especially for being a true steel toe. They also look good enough to wear outside of work. I wear these with insoles but factory insole was quite comfortable. For the last couple of weeks they have held up well in an industrial environment.

Shoe looked cool and felt alright but after a day of wearing I could feel the side of the steel toe rubbing and pressing against my big toe. Had to send it back.

I work with dangerous solvents in a steel working factory and so far these shoes have been great! I like that they are light yet strong and so far have been well above my expectations. My only dislike is I wish they were available in more colors and didn't get dirty so fast.

I've had these shoes for 6 months now. I work 9 hours a day, 5 days a week in a warehouse. On my feet all day. These shoes felt great at first (first 2-3 weeks). Then something started to feel wrong. The insole started to fall apart. When standing in a puddle of water, I noticed that water was leaking into the shoe from the bottom. Many cracks and small holes in the bottom sole. Went back to my 1.5 year old Skechers (those were better, even after 1.5 years). Not recommended for everyday use.

Does not look like a steel toe shoe which is why I got them. They have also saved my feet a few times I work in a warehouse and my toes used to take a beating.

I wear these shoes 12 hours a day 3-5 days a week. I sometimes wear them 7 days in a row. After about 6 months I still can't tell the difference between my street shoes and my work shoes.
