Awesome shoes. However, after 2 months the zipper broke but Zappos sent out another pair immediately. I love Zappos and their service. My daughter loves these shoes.

I bought a similar pair of these (black & silver) at Christmas time for my granddaughter (10 years old), after 2 months the zipper had broken in them. I called Zappos; they replaced them with these! She loves them & wears them with everything! Zappos is the best! I recommend you guys to everyone.

A present for my 10 year old niece. Considering she is a tad picky with her shoes, I took the risk (Free Returns!) and she absolutely adored them! They are a huge hit amongst her friends too!
