Shoes are great! Exactly as stated from Zappos. I had very quick service in receiving the order. As a matter of fact, I placed a second order for another pair. :)

This is the first time that I have used Zappos, and I am very satisfied. They were fast getting the shoes to me when the other outlet did not have the color I wanted and would have taken several more days getting a lesser choice delivered. These are so cute on my one year old grandson who loves running in them! I am not personally a fan of Converse, but the little guy seems to be! They are definitely cute, but there is no arch support at all. Since he is such a little guy it probably does not matter yet. I knew his mama wanted some for him, but could not find this color until I found Zappos. I will use this outlet again.

My son (3-year-old) loves the shoes! He asked everyone to look at his new shoes wherever he went for couple of days. Very cute and comfy.
