I ordered these for my granddaughter, and she just loves them! I originally ended up ordering the wrong size, Zappos was extremely helpful and shipped the correct size overnight and sent me a free shipping label to return the wrong sized ones back. The customer service I received was the best, and the shoes are wonderful! Zappos is the place to shop!

I fell in love with these when I first saw them. Watch out when lacing them because they were not evenly laced at the beginning. I laced one shoe and had to do it over. They are a little hard to get on over the heel. Very comfortable to walk miles in. I broke them in on a trip to San Francisco. I wear a 7.5 and they fit perfectly.

The shoes are for my daughter, who absolutely loves them. She wears them to school every day! The size is accurate, they were shipped in a timely manner and they were just as described! The price was great too (on sale).

I love my XX Hi boots! The best feature is the zipper up the back. I ordered other colors of laces (120 in.) to vary the black ones they came with. Super fun!
