Chucks are the best; Zappos is the best place to buy them. Don't forget Chucks are bigger than your regular size. My hubby wears a mens 13 but a 12 in Chucks. I wear a 7 1/2 womens but a 7 in Chucks. Both my kids wear a size smaller than their current size.

I have to say, I am impressed. I usually am an 8½ in dress shoes and a 9 in sneakers, but other reviewers said to order a full size smaller so I ordered a women's 9. I tend to like a lot of padding in sneakers and pretty much live in trail runners, so I kind of expected to be disappointed in these. But they came out with the iris orchid color and with Zappos' return policy, it was worth a shot. Well, color me surprised. They do not necessarily have support but I do not feel like I am walking in cardboard shoes. They are actually pretty comfortable. They do not necessarily have arch support, I have high arches, but it is not like I bought these to go running in. This is my first pair of Chuck Taylors and I am definitely going to be buying more!

This is my 5th pair of Converse Chuck Taylors. Love the color and received a lot of compliments - something a little bit different without being too much. I can wear then at work when I don't have any meetings.

Love these shoes! I had never owned a pair of Chucks before, in fact, I used to think they were ugly. Now that I have my first pair, I am hooked. I did not expect them to be so comfortable. They conform to your foot perfectly, and even though it is a flat shoe, there is plenty of support.

I love my Converse! They are perfect. The color, how they fit. They are so comfortable. I wear a nine and ordered a nine, it fit so I still have a little bit of room. I do not have wide feet. Hope this convinces you to get it.

I purchased this item for a Christmas gift so I am unable to answer any and all questions pertaining to this actual product. However, I have purchased another Converse shoe (like this, just different color & size and from a different company) in the past and that is what I'll go by with my answers pertaining to "product" in this survey. Now I will tell you that the customer service that I received from Zappos was the finest of them all. An all out #10 on a scale from 1-10! I have absolutely No complaints with how my order was placed, received, shipped or the time it took for me to receive my order. Way to go Zappos! Keep up the awesome job that you do with your customers!

I bought these for my daughter, who usually wears a size 8.5, but we have learned that Converse run big on her, and true to form, these did as well. They fit her great, she loves that they go with everything, and at age 13, she is not always easy to please. Cannot say enough about Zappos and how quick they are to process the order and get it shipped out. We are always impressed and amazed! Please don't ever stop, that's what keeps us coming back!

Love these Converse! I typically have one pair I wear at a time until they fall apart and I hope these last a long time! I have the grape wine color and always get tons of compliments.

Couldn't be happier with the quality of these shoes...as with all of the Chuck Taylor All Stars. Not the same as the One Star from Target though...those shoes fall apart so fast they might as well be disposable! Just my humble opinion.

Perfect color for fall. It's just a bit darker than the photos. Chucks aren't supposed to have arch support, so it's not a knock against them. Nice lightweight comfortable shoes.

The product info says these are true to size for women's, but I think they run about a size big there. Otherwise, great! Love them just as much as I did when I was a kid (although the ones I had then were hot pink -- hint, hint, Converse).

For women, this runs about 1 size larger than what you wear in women's sizing.
