The Converse Chuck Taylor Hi-tops are AAA. I am a woman and bought a Men s size 4 as instructed. They fit perfectly. I have a wide foot, but knowing these are made for men I knew they may be a little wider than Woman's and they were; so the Men s Medium fit perfect. No one can tell these are man's shoes. They are sharp looking and besides, men s shoes are made more durable. One reason I wanted them, plus I need ankle support. Rating these on a scale of 1-10? I give them an 11. Well-made, sharp looking, comfortable, perfect for ankle support. The leather is super. I recommend this shoe for men or women!

Great looking shoe, well made. The high cuffs were uncomfortable around the ankle, but nothing a pair Of ankle socks can't fix, other than that, they are very comfortable. I unusually wear a size 7, but a 6.5 fit perfect.

Surprisingly warm. If you're the type that wants to wear your chucks ALL SEASONS, I recommend these leather hi-tops to sustain you until it's officially canvas weather! Wish they came with an extra set of laces though, always get so DIRTY so FAST.

My favorite pair of sneakers. I have had my current pair for 15 months. The leather upper is butter and with the softer insoles and black laces I added, my black leather Chucks are hard to beat. They often draw comments from those who have only seen canvas uppers. If you want a comfortable, durable sneaker with timeless appeal, this is a pair to consider!

One of the best looking and most comfortable shoes that I've bought. In fact, I own two pairs of these shoes, a black-on-black and a white-on-white. They look sharp, hug your feet, and are very comfortable.

I love Chucks. These are super Cute with fishnets. Chucks are horrible for your feet because they have no support at all. So buy a good arch support and youll be fine.

Well, they are Chucks, and then some. The leather really makes a difference for durability. The only drawback is that during the 90+ degree Chicago summers, your feet will sweat a bit, but nothing bad at all. I've had them for a month or so and they are way better than the typical canvas Chucks!

Love it! Just like all Chuck Taylor Converse, there's no arch support, so I don't expect it. The first wearing rubbed the back of my ankle, but I haven't had that problem since. And I usually expect the tongue of the shoe to slip sideways but in this style it holds in place. Must be the leather. Looks good, feels good. I can wear it all day. And I do.

I've had a bunch of pairs of these, great value, last a while longer than regular converse. Look good with everything, I usually lace them up to the one before the last hole. Good for inbetween seasons like we have here in Brooklyn. They do come a half size or so big so take that into account when purchasing.
