I just received these shoes, but am sadly having to return them. The foot bed has a hard ridge that falls right under the balls of my feet, and this is really uncomfortable. It seems this ridge should have been right at the base of the toes. The width and length of the shoe are fine, so they are true to size. I have an old pair of Columbia sports sandals that I love, but are nearly worn out. These old shoes have a flat foot bed (not contoured), but although they are not as high tech as the Sun Light shoes, they are far more comfortable.

I bought these sandals to wear on our many camping trips to the lake in the summer. They fit perfectly and were very comfortable the first time I put them on. I am in South Dakota, so I haven’t had much opportunity to wear them yet, but the one day that I did wear them, I liked them. They are constructed so that I will be able to wear them for walking, on the beach and in the water. They are very lightweight and supportive, which is important to me because of foot problems including high arches.

I’m having some foot problems so ordered these a half size larger; this took care of all the sore spots. I can do limited walking in them and really like the way they look--not too clunky for sporty sandals.

I've been looking for a flat black summer shoe to wear around the house, yard and biking. I needed a shoe that wouldn't slip off and that was comfortable to wear throughout the day. I found it! Fits well and is very comfortable. Shoe may run a teeny bit long, as I am a regular seven and these are very generous in the length (but not too long as to return). Love 'em.

Absolutely the best sandals every! Extremely comfortable. I have major flat foot pain, but these sandals relieved much of it immediately. Every day I look forward to putting these on so I can be comfortable. The back strap holds the ankle snugly, and the velcro at both straps is quite adjustable. They even provide side support while still looking very sandal-like. I will buy another pair!

Product is just what I ordered, size is good and I am generally satisfied. However, the hook side of the Velcro is on the sandal itself instead of the strap and the uncovered part snags and frays slacks when worn. OK for shorts and capris but not satisfactory for long pants.

I purchased these for shoreline hiking in Maui. I ended up wearing them for most of the trip, even just walking around town. They are super comfortable; like wearing open-toed sneakers. I would definitely recommend these sandals.

I had been looking for something a little more upscale and stylish than a flip flop. This is shoe is quite light, too; a fact I really like, but didn't know this shoe had until I received. I wear a size 5 shoe which is becoming a hard to find shoe size. Shoes came to my office in less than a week!

I really like these shoes and feel they are a good value for the price. The only weird thing about them is the sizing. Maybe it's just the toe shape, which is pretty long and somewhat pointy, but I got my regular sandal size and they seemed a bit big. I decided to keep them anyway since they fit well everywhere else, but I'd love it if Columbia offered the same shoe with a shorter, more rounded toe. These shoes are very comfortable, good for walking, and easy to clean because there's no leather.

Sandals fit well and do not rub or cause blisters; they did not require much breaking-in to become comfortable. However, there is not much shock absorption.

Oh my gosh. These arrived the next day after I ordered them with the Free Shipping option. I have never had such fast shipping before. The shoe is great, I love it. I wore it all day the first day and never had a problem. Just what I wanted to wear for the beach. I have been buying this type of Columbia sandal for at least 6 years. I have never been disappointed. In fact, I ordered it in another color too.

Like two other reviewers before me, I think I will sadly have to return them as well. The foot bed has a hard ridge that falls right under the balls of my feet, and this is really uncomfortable. If the ridge was just a half inch out towards the edge of the sandal, it would be perfect! You can't see this little bump on the pictures, so beware! The weird thing is that my foot, and toes alight perfectly with the design of were my toes should be. So I don't understand why the ridge isn't in the proper place. Don't order these last minute just in case! Everything else with them is great though!

Loved the shoes the instant I put them on, however, I agree with the others, the ridge that is supposed to be under the toes hits the ball of my foot, so they had to be returned. The length and width was perfect, they are light weight, but I can't live with the ridge.
