Great Winter Boot -
I love these boots. I can't wait til winter. I wear an 8.5, and the 8.5 fits perfectly. They are very warm and comfy. I've only worn it around the house, but they feel good on my feet. The cosmo/fossil blue color is very pretty in person. And as always the shipping was EXTREMELY fast, and I didn't pay a cent for it. Ordered these boots on a Monday at 12:20pm - boots were delivered at 10 am the next day!! I love shopping on zappos.

I love them; they feel true to size, they're VERY lightweight and cozy. I really like that they're lightweight. It's a nice plus. I wore them in LOTS of snow and also enjoyed them on a rainy day at home. They don't feel too warm to wear on a rainy day, yet they kept my toes warm enough for snow. I've received lots of compliments. They were a bit stiff when I first put them on but seem comfy now; they have lots of ankle support.

I bought these shoes to walk around Manhattan in last summer. They were perfect...needing no breaking in and with a pair of cushioned peds...it was heaven in Manhattan. I never changed shoes for five days...they do run big though. I am definitely an 8-8.5 and these shoes could easily fit an 8.5-9 foot. Sadly, and I mean very sadly, I have had to give them to someone else. The slippage caused tendonitis. IT WASN'T THE SHOE! It was just the size...I will buy these or this brand again and again, just in a 7.5 this time!

Warm and comfortable -
I'm saying true to size, but that means my regular size with a thick winter sock, so would feel a little large with regular weight socks. My feet stay nice and warm and the tread is great. No problem slipping with all the snow and ice this winter. I've been wearing them every day and they still look great!

Good boot -
I was hoping to get a taller boot, but I didn't want to spend too much. This boot is very warm and I can tuck my pants into it so they don't get wet. It was a little snug on the top of my foot, but it's gotten better since I've broken them in. The boot also offers decent support. I would definitely recommend these boots. The shipping was very fast too.

I bought these boots to take with me to Colorado on a ski trip and I wore them the entire time I was there while I was not skiing and they were awesome, I didn't slip at all and my feet stayed warm the entire time.

Bought these for my wife to use snow shoeing and she loves them. We can't believe how light they are. They appear to be well made and they don't look "clumsy". I think they were a great choice!

Well folks, you better believe it when they say to buy a half size or 1 size larger when you buy this Puma shoe. I'm a size 9.5 in all my US shoes track Nike shoes. Well I bought 10 US when I bought this. Almost all reviews from here and everywhere else on the net suggest getting a half size larger. Fit me perfect and snug due to its design unlike Nikes or ones similar to Nikes.

Columbia Sierra Summette Boots -
After my old pair of Columbia's finally started to fall apart (after 7 years! of wear and tear), I broke down and ordered this updated pair of winter boots. They are awesome. I have worn them every single day since they arrived. It has been -40 degrees in Chicago, and my feet are warm (they are guaranteed to 20). I have shoveled, walked, sled, shopped and every other thing imaginable in them. They keep my feet warm and dry and they are incredibly light and comfy. I only wish they came in a taller version-b/c I would order that, too! If you are thinking of getting them, order 'em!

I used this boot for the first time this week. We had snow plus a windchill of -35. The boot is advertised as being warm to -32 degrees. It definitely is true. Very lightweight and comfortable. I would highly recommend this boot to anyone.

Love these boots!
These boots are not only great for that snow and cold they are also quite stylish. I'm outside all day delivering the mail in the northeast and found that these boots feel very light and comfortable to walk around in. They kept my feet dry and warm all day in the snow in 15 degree temperature. I usually wear a 7.5 but that size was unavailable so I got an 8 which fits great with 1 or 2 pair of socks.

Decent, comfortable lightweight boot for the $ but...
I generally wear a 9; the boots I REALLY wanted, The North Face Bella Alta Lace boot were only available in a 9.5 so I ordered the Sierra Summette in a 9 & 9.5 as my backup plan. Having tried on the NF boots first, the Columbias just didn't seem as warm or as well-made as the NF boots. They are lightweight, yes, but that leads me to suspect they may not be as warm or hold up as well over time than the slightly heavier NF boots. My last pair of Columbias were extremely stiff & heavy, so these were a huge improvement over those; they seem comfortable right out of the box. The NF just seem like they'll keep my feet warm & dry in the Northeastern snow, so I'll be shipping the Columbias back. Sizing: I generally wear a 9 & felt that these in a 9 run true-to-size if not just a bit big; I felt my foot slide slightly front-to-back when I walked, and my heel popped up a little; both things I could deal w/if I kept them. Width-wise, I think they have a comfortable amount of room, not too little/too much, just right.
