I have tried on many boots from Zappos with no immediate success, this boot is great! What made me want to try it was the Zappos video showing how thick the insert was. Considering I wear custom orthotics, the boot was appealing. However, the Columbia insert works so well at conforming to the foot there is no need to change it. I did order a half size up to wear thick socks, but even with thin it works great. I would recommend this boot to any lady who has foot pain and needs full support.

I kind of love this boot. These are the third pair of boots I've bought from Zappos. All have been returned except these. I was looking for something Ugg-ish, but waterproof. It's slightly Pocahontas-like, but I like the look, it's different. I removed the red shoelaces (they slide right out). The inside of the footbed is very cushiony with arch support. I have wide feet and these are perfect. They are warm, but I've only tested them in 30 degree weather, and I haven't tested them if they are waterproof yet.

I love these boots! They feel like a tennis shoe. Very good arch support. I am a 6 1/2 to 7 shoe size, the 7 fits wonderful, with a sock. I love the red shoe-string. Everyone has the Ugg boot, these are so much more cool. They seem to be so comfortable. The video is right on about these cute, comfortable boots! :)

So comfortable! The footbed in this boot is amazing - it's at least an inch thick in places, and cushy soft. The upper is warm and soft all the way down. Definitely a wonderful winter boot. I just have two problems with this boot. 1) The color. I ordered Turkish Coffee thinking, you know, coffee-color. I admit I've never had Turkish coffee, but is it really grey? Because the boot is. Not brown at all, but dark slate grey. 2)The boot shaft is just too narrow. I do have kind of wide calves (15.5 inches) but since the boot is only 12 inches high I thought for sure it would fit. But no, it comes up right to the fattest part of my calves and there is no adjustment. Those laces could probably go tighter, but they don't go any looser. I could pull them on but they didn't stand up straight so they were bulgy and wrinkled. Oh well, if they fit your legs properly, these boots will make your feet very happy.

Very comfortable and super cute. They are extremely warm. I've worn them when it was 20 degrees out and I never felt a chill (also, good traction in the snow). These have to be the warmest shoes I've owned. I wear an 8 and had to order an 8.5.

I am addicted to these boots! After a long search I settled on these and a pair of Keens. I love these so much that I have not even tried the other ones on yet. I needed boots that would be good for city walking to and from work and with my dog. Today was the first good snow and they are holding up nicely. The tread is great on the sidewalk, cobble stone and dirt. The best part is they are very light weight and I do not feel like I have had a workout after my 10 minute walk to work. They are very warm and the insole reminds me of my Uggs. They are super comfortable like Uggs, but so much cooler. I highly recommend these boots.

I love these boots but, like others, found that they were too small. I am usually a size 8.5 or 9, so I figured the 9 would fit. I have worn Columbia boots for years and my current (worn out) pair is a 9. I was wrong this time. I should have ordered the full half-size up. I need a 9.5. My toes touched the ends of the 9 s. Sadly, there are no 9.5s available now. Boo. I found the perfect boots, but they were just too small.

I love these boots. I wanted a boot that felt like a cushy sneaker, and that's exactly what this is. The winter's so mild I haven't gotten to test them in a lot of damp or frigid conditions, but when I did wear them in dry, powdery snow, they were great for playing with my daughter, even running up and down snowy hills. I will be sad to stop wearing these when it's too embarrassingly warm to put them on anymore.

Got these boots a month ago and they are great. I get compliments on a daily basis on how good they look.They seem pretty true to size and are very comfortablein wearing. They are not as waterproof as I would like them to be but they surely keep my feet warm in our cold climate. Very happy with my buy especially considering how well priced they were.

These boots rule! The sole is super-comfy-squishy. Maybe order half a size down from your usual shoes. They do seem to stretch a little. Love them!

These do run small, like so many reviews have stated. I needed a 9.5 in these when I normally wear a 9. These boots are not especially stylish, but the footbed is very cushioned and supportive. I needed a warm, pull-on boot for hanging out at playgrounds with my young boys, and for winter walks. They seem like they will fit my needs. Very comfortable! I have not worn them in snow or rain yet. I am not crazy about the chipmunk shade of brown. A lighter tan would be nicer.

I wore these boots in 80 degree weather, and my feet did not sweat as they would normally do with wearing a pair of boots this tall. I admire the 'omni' heat that is in these boots; really helps a lot when you have a busy schedule and no time to change shoes.
