This pack was great for us! We used it when we went to Disney and it worked so much better than normal sacks that have thin tie straps. It didn't dig into my shoulders at all and the structure of the sack held the shape better and didn't sag. Plus, I could adjust the straps to suit my height and the weight of what was in it. I also liked the front zipper pocket for easy to access stuff like our room keys and such. It took a little bit to figure out how to close the top (bend over front and then click around the back), but other than that, it's a great pack for when you don't want a big, bulky backpack.
