The picture and description don't do this shoe justice. Well worth the price! It's a great looking shoe that's comfortable, and can get really muddy or dirty, and all you do is wash it off. Really nice to be able to hose it off and it looks great again. Very practical shoe! Perfect for fishing, especially.

I am so pleased with these shoes! The purple color is beautiful, and they fit perfectly. I'm a perfect size 12M, and they are true to size. I purchased these to commute to work in on rainy days during the spring/fall, but also because I love to wear sneakers barefoot, but they usually end up stinky - this way, I can just rinse them with soap and water!

Brands I'd also recommend: I can't recommend North Face because they don't make size 12 women's shoes! Clarks, Softspots, Sorel.

Awesome shoes, found a video review on a google search of the shoe, and they do work like that. I wear them as everyday shoes and they're extremely comfortable. They feel like your wearing slippers because they're so light. I wouldn't run in them because the body is all mesh and would fear hurting myself. But all around great shoes.

Love these shoes! They are light and comfortable and great for traveling. I've worn them around town, hiking, and boating. They dry super fast. If you are between sizes, I recommend going down a half size, then seemed to run a bit large, in my opinion.

I agree that this shoe is very light. However, I didn't feel any arch support so don't want to stand a long time in them. Also, the tongue is connected to the shoe with extra fabric that folds over, which I think I would have to straighten out every time I put the shoe on for it to be comfortable.

Who is Columbia? They try things. That may sound like small potatoes. But more than talent, money, or good looks, trying is the fuel of progress. It’s the spirit that pushes people up mountains, down rivers, and across continents. Trying helped them put little silver dots on the inside of jackets, made shirts that repel bugs, and led to a rechargeable heating system in boots. If you think trying won’t help, remember the Grand Canyon started with one drop of water trying to get to the ocean. And Columbia was born as a small, family hat company in Portland. So try. Try often. Try differently. Try harder. Then try again. Greatness will follow. Columbia. Trying stuff since 1938.

Great design and breathability. I have wide feet, so while a 6.5 would fit me lengthwise the 7 is the way to go. These are incredibly light, super comfortable, and great for kayaking, rafting, and puddle jumping.

I had wanted to like this shoe, but found them scratchy and uncomfortable to wear. There were two places of either side of the shoes that rubbed my bare foot inside them. I want to wear the shoes without socks, so I'll have to return them. The fabric inside, overall, seemed scratchy, too.

An all around great shoe. I took them on vacation with me. I went canoeing, fishing and hiking. Good support for moderate hikes, and they work really well as a boat shoe. Good traction when getting in the canoe for sure. They do dry much faster than a regular tennis shoe. They didn't do so well on the beach. Due to the drainage ports, sand can easily get inside, but I just rinsed them off, let them dry and then beat the sand out. I also use them for work where I'm on my feet all day. Super comfortable and cute too. Definitely worth the price.

These shoes are very comfortable and lightweight. My foot size is a 10.5, but I usually end up with a size 11 because size 10.5 can be hard to find. Based on the previous reviews of this shoe, I ordered the size 10.5. The fit was excellent, even with my orthotics.

Versatile and it works! Took this shoe to Panama for hiking in the rain forest, and for quick-drying in a very humid environment. Although it never got soaking wet, it was very sure-footed when crossing streams, and was comfortable and supportive on hikes of several miles. I liked the support it gave my foot and the fact that it protected my toes from rocks, thorns, etc., in a way that most Teva-type water sandals don't. I have a wide foot with a bunion but found the soft mesh accommodated my foot shape without being too wide and sloppy as some wide sizes are. In addition, it's not bad-looking (despite the silly neon decorative pieces) to wear under long pants on travel days and it's divinely light, if -- like me -- you always pack too much stuff and worry about the weight of your pack or suitcase! Highly recommended!

Brands I'd also recommend: Merrell, Born, Ecco

I love these! I got them about a year ago in purple. I wear them to the gym and run walk-3-4 miles twice a week. They have held up great. I also have foot problems and cannot wear anything too heavy. These are light and perfect. Love them!

I wore these shoes on a recent trip to Belize. I was able to climb wet granite river rocks, mossy Mayan Temples, and hike in the jungle without any problems. The shoes preformed as described. The water would drain from the bottom... after the first few steps, the shoes would still be damp, but not like soggy tennis shoes. After caving for 3.5hrs, I did have some small pebbles get washed in my shoes, but that is to be expected. I would definitely recommend these shoes and buy them again if the need arose. Also, I wear a 9.5 but bought a 10. The 10 was all they had... it was a little lose, but I didn't have any discomfort.

It's a comfortable shoe, but runs half a size large than true size. I normally ware size 7, and it's not a tight 7. I wish I've ordered 6.5. Other than that is a great product.

I bought this for my kayaking and snorkeling trip to Belize. I will have to say this shoe is awesome! It looks very stylish, it is super comfortable, and dries pretty quickly. I couldn't be happier with this product. I usually wear a size 7 in athletic shoes and a size 6.5 in all other shoes. I got this shoe in size 7 but it was too big so I got a 6.5 which was a perfect fit! Sand does get into the shoe but I am sure that's the same story for most water shoes. Great shoe! I highly recommend it!

These shoes were perfect for my honeymoon to Borneo. Another reviewer mentioned buying them for a trip to Belize or Costa Rice, which persuaded me to buy them for my own trip. The shoes were very comfortable with or without socks, though I have typically not worn socks with them. There is basically no arch support, but I bought some Outrageous Support inserts from the corner store that worked out amazingly well. I typically wear prescription orthotics, but they are not meant to see much moisture. I also bought a pair for my husband, and he was very happy with them as well, though he did wear socks in them most of the time. We wore the shoes on a jungle hike, a canopy tour, boat rides, and just for trekking around town when we were in a city. Overall, they are highly recommended.

Fabulous! This shoe is the perfect summer shoe. I originally bought this shoe for lake use only, but have since bought an additional pair just for every day use. It is lightweight and, while lacking much arch support, does has plenty in the heel and ball area...not to mention it is super trendy and looks like your average running shoe. I usually wear a 6 - 6.5 in a regular tennis shoe; I purchased the Drainmaker in a 5.5 knowing I would not be wearing socks and the shoe would not be subject to sweaty workout feet! I have recommended these to friends and am a walking advertisement for the Drainmaker...love love love!
